CSI sponsors Mike Dechaine at Steinway Classic

I can tell you from a player not in the category of Donnie Mills, James Roberts, Tony Crosby and the rest of the Strokers crew, It is a great experience and I am certainly learning a lot. I love this format and it forces you to bring all aspects of your game to the table. Alternate breaks with ball in hand has helped me stay in some matches and playing with these players is helping my game.

Joe -- looks like Primo has been banned again. I missed whatever caused it this time. His other bannings were under many different names. He is from Canada; I don't know whether your league will be going there.

He asked Jen if she was bipolar. Actually I think he may have meant it as a complement. Jen had just made a very nice post about Buddy Hall & his Wife & how nice Buddy & his Wife are & how lucky they are to have each other etc.

Since he usually puts her down I think the bipolar question may have actually been intended as back handed compliment.

Mr. Wilson ask him if was a Doctor & if not how is that not an insult. Primo finally responded telling Mr. Wilson where to go.

He may not have really deserved it until he replied to Mr. Wilson.

'Funny' how Sean always calls me OCD & just called me a megalomaniac & nothing happens to him. I did not know that Sean was a Doctor.

Joe Tucker and the ABC League

I did notice how Joe Tucker 'hijacked' this thread and made it into an aBC League thread.
Way to go JOE!

CSI is very happy to be affiliated with Joe. this ABC League has the best potential of anything that has come down the road in several years.

Please check it out.

The finals of the first session will have 8 players playing for $12,000 payouts. All of this from a $25 per week league - and only 7 weeks long. If we can get this up to the 64 rooms- it becomes HUGE.

And it will have 6 sessions per year.

Check it out! CSI does get involved in the things we believe in! Some may not want to agree but we put our money where our mouth is - and have always paid out in full on time! CSI does things! Some may not work as planned but just trying to make pool a little bit better.

Lost to a good PLAYER today. I played fairly well but was outclassed by a really good player. Learned some things though and he helped me out after the match. Much thanks to TONY CROSBY.
 
All the silliness aside, I think what Mark has done takes strong character and I for one applaud it.
