Based on AZ results... Sadly, Niels, Hohmann, Raj and Hatch went all of 2012 without a single cash over 5k....

3rd-4th nets you 5k in this tourney....

As of now a 10 ft table may be referred to as a "Bigfoot." Thanks Ming and Jay. Besides providing a name for a tournament, we also have a name for our newest table.

Jay, can I be first on your alternate list? I have some friends that are strongly urging me to get in this tournament. It does look like fun.

Let me know either here or send me a private message telling me the details or what you suggest. I can't commit until next week, but I'm 80% that I can be there.

You just became an alternate, and there is a decent chance you will get in. I don't expect all 32 players to actually show up money in hand ready to play. There are always a couple who drop out for whatever reason.

Thanks Jay, I'm trying to come this year and after seeing the Tunica tournament had wished I got in. The tables played great, I just wish they played tighter. I think a certain player had something to do with that. ;) Of course if it get's wet they could get brutal, so it's not an exact science.

Yes you are correct.(I helped Jay run the last 2 events, but this time i will be playing in this one :) )

Eric no longer sponsors the event and with the new 10ft table wanted to have a new name.

Jeff, in your last e-mail to me you were iffy about your new job commitments, telling me you would know for sure on Jan. 21. You wanted to enter, yet in the next sentence you asked me how you would get your entry back if you couldn't come to DCC. That is not a full commitment as far as I'm concerned. I did write back to you and told you to let me know when you had certainty.

At the present time, you are an alternate with a decent chance of getting in. That is if you come to DCC. :wink:
 
I have a hard time believing that Fatboy pulled out.

Doesn't sound like him at all.

He's got tons of money and gamble, just ask him. :smile:

What's $10 or $20k added when you got the kind of juice he strokes.

Something more to the story I presume.
