Dippy is back

Thats why I'm packing and have a armed plane cloths guard with me as needed

Eric, If your really a B player as someone told me you were ,we would be a good match. I'm close to 60, and just lost at Tunica 2 sets playing Cliff 12-5. and lost getting 11-6 from Josh Oneill. I even lost to Jeff Hooks playing 1 hole and he doesn't even play it. I can't bet a billion dollars like you act like you can, but I can bet ten or 20,000 a set, and I really can unlike people talking about betting millions.

I can't speak for Eric, but I believe he is only wanting to play Dippy which is what the thread was about...no one else.

Also, while there is a lot of speculation about Dippy and what he does and says (myself included probably from what I have seen and read)....there are a couple of people in here I would trust their opinions on the guy that have actually put people in action vs him and know what he is about (i.e. Saw etc). My comments are from throughout the years on here and on 2+2 on what I have read/seen on stories including comments by him before he was banned.

Eric, you have 10:4 from me for $100 a game just as soon as isusedtorich confirms his million dollar bet with me. :-)

JumpingJoe same deal, Lou same deal, hell anyone on AZB can get that weight for that amount as soon as soontobepoor confirms the bet.

:-)

Technically if he takes your bet for any amount he loses as it was generated through this thread :cool:

Too funny JB! Maybe there's a reason his username is iUSEDtoberich. ;) ;)

Stay anonymous my friend. Because if you let us know your identity and you are not a known player and you are willing to bet VERY HIGH then you can get lots and lots and lots of action.

People who don't play high level one pocket have so little understanding of how powerful high level one pocket is. I play low mid-level one pocket and I would be scared to take the spots Dippy is taking for the amounts he plays for.

When a high level one pocket player forces you to sell out and then he runs 10-12 balls on you and locks you up again with him now needing 6 and you still needing 4 you will understand. Because when that happens to you your arm will turn to jelly. And if you don't know the moves at all which you won't having no one pocket experience the good player will torture you like a cat tortures a crippled mouse. You can't imagine the traps they have, can't imagine it.

You might THINK you know something about one pocket watching two champions battle it out but you are watching two people lock horns who know all the moves AND can execute them. When a champion plays a banger it's not even close at any time ever. I used to think the same as you, no one could possibly ever give up that weight and win.

Well, my opinion is that if you're a B player then you have barely a shot against the top level one pocket players if you honestly have never played one pocket.

So true. You will never get a shot at your hole.

you don't have to play very good if all you have to make is 4 balls and the other guy has to make 15 or more. I never played a game of one pocket in my life and I could make 4 balls before anyone could make 18. I

I played SVB about 2 years ago with 16-3 and got POUNDED the first set. Second I got back, but it took a miracle combo-bank shot, and a full cue jump in one game to even make it close. Keep in mind I like to play 1p, and play it fairly often. I'd play him with that spot again, but I wouldn't like it, and I play WAY better now...

If you like your odds at 18-4, come to SD, and I'm sure you can have all the action you want with 18-4. You will lose everything you bet...

18-4 is the world for weight, but you need the sun, moon, and stars to beat the best...

You would be surprized my friend! Great 1 pocket players can give up tons of weight and still win.

You say you never played the game before, so if you played a very good 1 pocket player 18-4 you mite not win 1 game. The reason is, you will never get a shot at ur hole, the much better player would just control the entire game everytime.

Now if you played say 9-2 that would better your chance, because you dont have to get but 2 balls, but with you going to 4 the better player can go to almost any amount, because he will dominate every part of the game!

I agree Richie...one pocket can be such a trap game if you don't know what you are doing and how to give/receive weight correctly!

I can bet $500 a set with you in the Bay Area if that's the case

You really think Dippy gives a shite about these bs posts?

My guess is this thread is nothing but woof tickets.

You aren't doing chit. You won't even play a clown like jumpin joe.

i'm fishing for action , you caught me. what can i say??? I hope he sees this and i get a call, its meant for Dip only, better now?

Bankroll aside, you are more likely to be murdered in La, than any other place (State/large area) in North America. How they have some people believing it's all southern hospitality and quaintness is one of the greatest cons ever.

Yes

Didn't know JR stuck around Ohio that long. I used to work at Rack n Roll in Mentor, but moved to NC in 95. Last time I was up there I stopped at Frank Zummo's place and saw Tulio who told me just about all the old area players moved away.

Yes he was here through most of 2006. When the room closed the owner of N.billiards took JR and another player you might remember Kenny K. On a trip from Ohio to Fla., they came home abt. even.I would say abt. A third of the older players , moved, while a third died, so you can see there still are some floating around up here but they are now spread out from Wickcliffe , N. Ridgeville and all the way to Fiddlestyx in Canton.I wish someone would opens room by the new Racino opening here in the fall,I would love to see all the players in one area instead of spread out.If you know Zummo and Tulio, you have to know Big Joe.
