Actually, it is for a much simpler reason, you post all over the place and occasionally I see something you have posted on a thread and it is so ridiculous that I can't stop myself from posting a reply. I guess the outing of you as a pretend would be player and then the nickname Short Bus caught my attention. Then when you started barking at me to play you but you tripped all over your skirt and high heels backpedaling when I offered a high stakes game where we post up. I'm sorry but when I see you saying things like no one wants to see a 50 year old play or you calling someone else crazy when you have the nickname Short Bus or you threatening someone if they think you ever dumped a backer, these things are too ridiculous for me to pass up.
I may be wrong about you but if you can verify that you ever had a backer I will apologize. If you can verify you have ever had a backer back you for more than $20 I will double apologize. If you can verify you ever had a backer who backed you for $100 or more I will faint.

Actually, I don't remember ever saying I won't gamble with you. I MIGHT have said since you spot all those champeeeeeeeeens in Cali the 7, then I might need a little weight, considering at the point when we play, that I might have gotten to play maybe 10 games against another person in the last two years.

If you don't want my money, just say so. I'm willing to lose it, I just ain't going to give it away..

BUSTED! In some ways I'm still so naive. I didn't realize that people came on here and created fantasy characters. I guess I tend to take everyone more or less at face value. I always thought this was a forum for people to share their experiences in the pool world. It's disappointing to think that people are just making stuff up for their own amusment. Really weak if you ask me.

This role playing is actually a tradition on internet boards. I used to post on a golf board, and there was this 16 year old girl who would tease the living hell out of the guys, knew more than anyone about all the golf pros, was smarter than anyone else, made anyone she wanted to look like an ass, and won every single argument (and she started them all). She was also the most popular poster on the board, and the most feared.

Problem was she was a 40 year old man who got caught up in this character.

Sometimes it helps the entertainment level, like the bad guys on WWF wrestling. I always take the characters with a grain of salt when I read this.

By the way, I think the Walt Frazier character was a pretty good one, and I like his posts, but the really super-star characters stay in their role like glue and really know their stuff. Walt knows enough but had a hard time staying in character.

how did you know this info? Obviously,, once a poster s banned, it appears under theri screen name. But I did a member search on barboxlegend21, and nothing came up.

I am prepared for that. I asked him a few questions before I posted this and still didn't get a real straight answer. I was just going to forget about it and move on because I hate being involved in crap like this. I have just seen this board move so far away from intelligent talk about pool I thought it should be done. This is the ND time I have ever posted Simone's PM on the board. Ironically they were from the same person with two different names.

I think you did the right thing, and the only consequents that may come from doing the right is not knowing who this guy really is. It appears that he may have been staking you. His veiled attempt at making you pity him may be more than it appears. I mean this dude who ever they may be is really sick, and I mean human heads in the ice box sick.

Know one actually knows where this guy is actually located, he may be someones next door neighbor. This individual has such low esteem that he must be the center of attention at all times. In addition, using multiple users names may also be more than it appears, I kinda get the feeling from some of the guys posts, that he may also have multiple personalities.

So I must say this guy has a great deal in common with Norman Bates, and I do not think we have heard the last from WALT or who ever they are !!!!!

and btw, this is exactly the reason why this site should be a paid (nominal amount) membership forum. It instantly eliminates the crack heads. On thing for sure, the only ones that would be left, REALLY would want to be here.
