Still no response from him at all. I think he may have sold the lathe twice, once to me and once to someone local to him, but I've been wrong before. Regardless, my refund isn't going to be from him, but I am getting a refund.

Make sure to file a complaint with the FBI. Internet fraud is a felony. This piece of trash needs to be held accountable.

Can't believe that Dave is still Green. Altho it doesn't matter as I doubt he will be back anytime soon to do business.
When Paul is done with him, I doubt that he will be able to sell a tip install within a 50 mile radius of Pekin.
Seems to be a considerable amount of pool halls and suppliers in the near vicinity of Dave's new hide out.
Probably more than a few people from Texas looking for him as well.

And Dave's wife is from Manitoba. Maybe he will have to move north of the border. Then Shavey Davey and me will be neighbors.

Hahaha, me a lover and pool player. Never was much for fighting and certainly too old for that foolishness now.
Altho, I can profess my extreme dislike for thieves and their shadiness. I mean, I did take up Karate when Bruce Lee came out with Enter The Dragon. Didn't everyone? There were more Karate schools than gas stations in my small city after that movie.

Dave Hedrick. I enjoyed our 13 minute phone conversation. You know the one that started with your wife answering and saying she didn't want to get involved in "our" business. Only to be followed by saying she didn't know what was going on only to turn around and say she did. You're not the best of people but you are "her" husband, her words. Here's the deal. You say the lathe has been ready to ship but you dodged all the pertinent questions I asked, for example:
1. Why have you dodged all those phone calls, I made over 175, all you did was hang up until you were tired of it and turned off your phone. I eben left VM's so you can call me back at your leisure, you NEVER did.
2.Why didn't you ship the lathe within the first 2 weeks after receiving payment BEFORE you went into the hospital, you had plenty of time.
3.Why didn't you give me a refund when I FIRST asked for it. You say you talked to your friend who told you not to ship the lathe, because I was getting a refund anyway. That makes no sense. I'm a man, I make my own choices. Try it, you may be suprised in how people treat you, well it would be like a man.
4.When shall I expect you at my door. You say you used to be a truck driver and driving to NC wouldn't be anything to you, you have my address, remember I sent it to you when I first purchased the lathe. Better yet, you also said I was a punk b*tch and I wouldn't drive to IL., it's only a 12 1/2 hour drive to Pekin, I just need your home and shop address verified so I can find you.
Dave quit "ducking and dodging" the situation. You collecting disability is through Federal funding and ANY income is to be reported, I don't think you do, but after I report you, we'll see.
Ship the lathe or give a refund, you shouldn't have to get it together you should still have the 3000.00 i paid for the lathe,and I'll tell the local PD you did, I won't file a civil suit against you. But I will still acknowledge the appropiate people of your repair "business", you know the ones that give you a disability check.:thumbup: Don't do either of the 2 mentioned and it's business as usual for me. Up to you.
BTW still waiting for a return text of your address. If you decide to pay me a visit, be a gem and bring my money or lathe.

As a rule, crooks like Dave are generally not opposed to asserting their manliness over the female species if necessary. He does look the type.

An old friend of mine from Montreal used to say about people. People are not like that until they're like that. So true.
On the other hand, maybe she is as crooked as he. Other than that, she is married to the Blank so she has to accept the brunt of whatever comes their way too. After all, she is still with him after the kidney scam.

If I remember correctly, "his manliness" allowed "her feministess" to speak for him in the deleted wrap jig thread where she showed her colors. I know not everyone saw that post, so you'll have to trust me when I say they share the same rude and classless temperament.
There is no way in hell she doesn't know what is going on here.

BTW, I wouldn't ask for the lathe to be delivered. You've already filed fraud charges. When you get your money back, there won't be a need to think about this LOSER again. I only wish I could see his face when the FBI show up at his door(maybe it will get put on youtube...)

You know May knew what was going on through her own admittance to me, I understand your thoughts but even though I haven't read the thread, I would imagine May "knows" how her man is. She even told me, He's not the best person, but he's my husband. That statement alone kinda makes me feel like she is one in the same, but I've been wrong before.

Along with the local authorities, I'm also going to report his disability fraud as well as report him to the FBI for internet fraud. Any penny he makes "has" to be reported. I'm curious as to what income he has claimed. He can't be making enough to pay rent on an apartment and a lease on a shop. But who knows. I'm just curious as to how you go from being a truck driver, like he told me on the phone when he said he would "come" see me, to being on disability, some rigs are automatics
