No, you are lazy. L-A-Z-Y. Sorry that the truth hurts. Go to the Fargo website and read about it. There are a ton of videos explaining the system. We have been discussing Fargo for an entire year on AZB. Why do people feel that they are entitled to be spoon fed info?

I consider myself an honest B player, with short sets like those listed on any given day I could see myself get to 5 against SVB or anyone else. Win flip, break and run two, third game play good safe. Break and run two, maybe get one good roll on 5th game, just an example - 5 isn't unimaginable with anyone that can put a couple racks together.

i was about the same and was already retired and tied 2 sets to 5 8 ball with ralph eckert for some cheese, on any given sunday in a rt 5......

and to all who belittle me..........

I don't know if you've ever watched the Mosconi Cup, but it's pointless to compare the total Fargo Ratings of the 5 players for both teams.

Seeing as how with the exception of the very first match, they don't play 5 on 5.

We have many different mechanisms to import data, ranging from
automatic to semi automatic to manual. And we are working hard to drive these from right to left.

Just this week we imported matches from

Midwest 9-Ball Olathe Kansas
Midwest Poolplayers Association Championships Minnesota
Omega Tour Season Finale Texas
Joss Northeast Ocean State Championships, Rhode Island
Kremlin Cup Russia
Vegas Pool Tour Stop 5, Nevada

In addition we imported about 50 other tournaments in ND, OK, AZ, AR, WA, WI, etc.

We put in several thousand historical league games from Ohio

And we input same-day automatic league games from dozens of divisions in several states testing our league management software...

Yeah but in theory, with people playing something like a round robin, Fargo ratings could be used to predict outcomes. Of course USA has way under-performed their ratings compared to Europe in recent years.

Since when can't someone come here for info or opinions from other peers? Your statement is ignorant and to call a guy who works as hard as Stevie lazy is laughable. Your statement is spoken like a true league iggy who's jealous because they can't win a patch.
The system is still flawed and there for shouldn't be an active ranking system yet. If they let me play the BCA championship with my fargo rating I could win it blindfolded. It's ignorant talking Ass clowns like you is why I stay in the Action Room. What a Jackass you are.

I think coming on here and bashing the fargo rating system without contacting mike or his website is LAZY and makes no sense to me. Because it isnt perfect and to make your argument based on the fact that it isnt bent in your favor makes you look like a whiner. Dont play hadicap tournaments if you dont like handicaps and do your research before you come-a-cryin'. Steve is obviously a good player and that takes ALOT of work but it doesnt change that fact.
