Fart Sniffer, on the HILL

Congrats Neil, sorry I couldn't be there. I am very very happy for you my friend. That is a great result and is long overdue. Nice timing on the win right before the Open (a great confidence builder)

It's funny how things can turn around. 2008 has not been the best year in your life but now with this win, the house pro job and hopefully a great US Open, 2008 could turn out to be your best year ever!

I think if your going to take the next step up to sponsorship, you might want to pick out another nickname:smile: Johnnyt

Or, 'No Bugs My Lady'

Perhaps his sponsor will be GLADE.

I always liked Fujiwarrior. Congrats Neil, I am just glad that I didn't have to play you. I knew that things were going to turn around for you. I just couldn't figure out what you were waiting on LOL!

Great job Neil! Glad I got to see at least 2 of the matches, sorry I couldn't stick around for the finals. Joey was sending me rack by rack text messages, so at least I felt like I was there - sort of...

Talk soon,
Scott

Ditoro announced the win and mentioned that this was only 6 months after my debilitating injury, without everyones help I wouldn't have did as well as I did. It's still so surreal I felt like there are so many things I could have done better, this week will be one of hardcore practice for sure.

Thank you for the support and encouragement everyone, you guys (and girls) are the best!!

Congrats!!! :grin-square:

I think you are a darkhorse favorite to do top 5 in the US Open!

Yeah man, Neil has definitely got the momentum behind him. Neil had a finish of 13th 3-4 years back in the open.

Sweet win Neil, I logged on and you instantly brought a nice big smile to my face! Congrats and I'm very happy to see your perseverance pay off!!!

So which is it?
Neal or Neil.

Most of the time, I see it spelled Neal.

It's Neil and it's funny because people used to get my last name wrong and now it's the other way around. Oh well I'm used to it by now, my goal is to have my name in the highlights enough so that EVERYONE spells it correctly. =)

Sorry 'bout that!

Sorry about the spelling, I just went by earlier posts. People have a hard time spelling my first name right too. They figure it needs a "gh" or at least an "e".

It may be time for Neil to consider changing his screen name. Fujiwarrior is appropriate for him, especially now that he has made his first major mark.

Another nickname for Neil might be "Bushido" but some wouldn't google or get it.
