Here is a link that has pics of the main house, guest houses, etc. There is one or 2 pics of my pool room.

So since there is a pic of the pool room here is the link, I will post pics of the snooker room and pinball arcade etc in about 10 days when Poohkiller comes to visit, i'm too dumb/lame/dense/etc to know how to post pics or resize them etc. So when he arrives we will get some good shots.

I'm kinda trying to sell my house-I'm sick of Vegas. I have the mortal nutz of a property that happens to be misplaced in Vegas. And I been in and out of here for 20 years, i want a change.

Dude, Eric, I knew you were doing well, but seriously! That's like a freaking 6 star resort.

That's not a house, it's a Palace! It does look like a five star resort as well. These photos only show a small part of the property. Tennis court, stables, eight car garage, servants quarters for up to twelve people plus two guest houses, and it goes on and on. All on eleven big acres of land. From the outside on the street all you see is a high wall surrounding the property, with a gated entranceway. Even in this economy it's a multi million dollar property.

P.S. There's a Riley 6x12 in the Snooker room.

Funny how different the worlds we live in are from one another...

I am simply flabbergasted by those photos.

Stunned.

Wow....

All I can say is WOW. Very nice crib Eric. Thanks for the slide show. Looking forward to part 2. Johnnyt

That's not a knife.... this is a knife!!

I thought it was amazing... until I saw that there were 9.9 baths... too cheap to put in the rest of that 0.1 bath?? Lol.

If Spidey owned this place....

(while watching Family Guy or something from the mega living room...)

*picks up his fresh squeezed strawberry juice*
*slurrrrp* (hmmm... not quite cold enough)

*CLAP!* *CLAP!*

"Oh Wellington.....WELLINGTON!!!?! I want another ice cube in my drink please. Yes, and, while you're up - please have the cooks make a little something-something. Tell them to lighten up on the butter this time, that fillet mignon and lump crab was too rich for a breakfast, dammit."

(Wellington returns with another ice cube and a huge tray of assorted sushi)

"Thank you, Wellington. Leave the sushi here....now get outta here, you're smellin' up the joint."

*scratches nuts while testing the sushi*

"LADIES?!? WHERE ARE YOU!??! YOU KNOW I GET MASSAGED WHILE I EAT MY SUSHI!!!! LADIES!!!"

(in enters a harem of about 15 super HOT women)

*CLAP!* CLAP!*

DAMMIT! COORS all over the keyboard! Great observation and funny too! Rep to you.

Beautiful, before I worked on tables I built swimming pools, we did a pool like yours for one of the guys in the D. Matthews band, I forget the style it's called, vanishing edge maybe?

Well damn Eric.I thought my place was the nutz. I have some pics posted of my house at my home page in an album. Suppose to be out your way the end of the month. Read your homepage.

Eric, the place wasn't really finished when I was out there in 2008 and I always wondered how it would look when the finishing touches were applied. From those photos, I can see that your guys did an outstanding job! I know you must love the estate, but I can understand that after 20 years you are ready for a change. There is a small room in our 1550 square foot condo that houses my main computer, two parakeets, and a really nice twin bed. You are welcome to come for a few weeks while you sort out where you want to go.:)

HOLY Jeeeez . . .

That looks like a politician's place . . . . nice pad!

I'll take the garage and 1/8th of the patio . . .
