Fatboys Pool Room-Part 1, Part 2 will be in a about 10 daysposted i

He did LOTS of work on the entire property, to the tune of millions. Most of the buildings were unfinished when he bought it. I wonder if Dipper will chime in here and tell us how rich he is and show us his pad. :)
Now he knows what rich looks like. I would guess that the furnishings alone in the main house are worth more than Dipper's entire bankroll.

P.S. Eric didn't show you his Rolls Corniches (2) or his Lamborghinis (3), plus other assorted wheels. By the way, Eric has a beautiful home in West L.A., so he won't exactly be homeless if he sells this place.

6 Lambos, Jay. Forgetting the Insectas

Plus an Enzo Ferrari and a little Dino Ferrari. I don't like driving any of them, and I can drive anything up to 40' buses and fully loaded semis. Too much responsibility, driving a very expensive car that I'm unfamiliar with. I did drive one of the Roll's once and that was enough for me. It was like steering a land yacht, with twin diesels!

Change that to 6 Lamborghini's...LOL...you miss counted or something;)

Nice place, I guess.

Hope you get your heart problems under control. Change might be good medicine.

I've been to Fatboy's place a couple of times and I can tell you, it is the stone-cold nuts. I always have a good time shooting pool with Eric in the pool room. His girlfriend, Kelly, seems to tolerate us pool players hanging out all the time. Both are great people and terrific hosts.

Even though I'm kinda cute, I couldn't convince Eric and Kelly to adopt me. But, I'll keep trying. :)

Fatboy's Place

Yes it is the triple nutz but even better as many have stated Eric's hospitality is above and beyond.
Mr Gracio and I spent approximately 4-5 hours looking at Fatboy's cues and some stories behind them.
For that I will be forever grateful that Eric took the time to do that for us even with his back giving him major problems.

Thanks again Fatboy:thumbup::thumbup:

It's funny you mention dippy. Because as I was looking at the pictures of Fatboys house with my jaw on the ground......The only thing that crossed my mind was the time dippy tried to big bank highroll Fatboy on a thread:eek::eek:

It's kinda like that comedian that talked about the difference between "Rich" and "Wealthy"....................

If Fatboy woke up with dippy money.....he might off himself.....lol...j/k

Those are some nice guest house pic's but what does the main house look like...lol.
Very nice. Good luck with the sell.

I will never post a pic of my makeshift pool room again. Suddenly, I feel really poor....poverty stricken even!

Can't make up my mind

Should i buy Eric's house...or a small country?

Wow...just wow on all the "stuff". But as I learned back in '85...health is more important.

Eric, I hope you get your health back on track...seriously!

Oh, too much lawn for me to mow....
