Not at all trying to be offensive here, and I am positive most everyone else feels the same way, so I will let you have it....

I wonder why I never see pictures with your sales? A description alone is not good enough! Get with it dude.... get a camera and learn how to be professional in your presentation.

You may not know who it is that is selling this item, but those of us that do know him, know what comes from his mouth is the truth..(At least selling Billiards Equipment wise) Either way the man is not from our generation and technology has changed..

Dean let me know if you need some help with pictures sometime and I will meet you somewhere..

Thanks,

Zach

Dude,I thought that kind of language was only for us ugly Americans.

The case is sold and i did not need pictures to sell it,or 78 Deano cues,or the Rambo cue I sold in 2 minutes or anything else in the last 33 years.

I am sick of rude people who knock for no reason, even if they start their thread by I am not trying to be a jerk ,but here goes

If you don't like my apples don't shake my tree.

Over 30 years and not one unsatisfied customer, and less than 2 returns.

Dean

Give that man a STAR on his chart, less than 2 means only 1 return in all those years. And that was a trade that I insisted he approve before we made it a firm trade because I knew he was particularly fastidious in his purchases,

In fact I had just bought the cue described as new by another member and sold it to Grassly.

Pictures have not stopped people from enjoying Haley,Szambotis, Motteys and others on AZ from buying and being happy

But this little treasure of a case is sold

Dean, if you ever decide that you would "like" to use pictures, just let me know and I can take them for you. I'm in Garland.

However, I know you don't need pictures, I know your word is much better than pictures! I'm just glad to help if I can in any way!

May I use that line, Dean?

I'd trust buying from Dean without pics more than I'd trust most folks with lots of them. A Centennial case doesn't need much describing, let alone pictures. Oval tube case, black suede covering, wood endcaps, liner... Dean says it's in good shape, it's in good shape... Thirty three years in the biz gives a guy a little insight, I would think.

I'm the guy he had the one return from and trust me, it was just good business that didn't work out. Dean had some leather computer cases that we both thought might be some kind of gun/sporting cases from his friend's description. He just shipped them to me and said to send them back if they weren't what I expected. I was able to determine they were computer cases, which I didn't need (being on the fossil side of life myself), and I just sent them back. No harm, no foul. Dean was very gracious and we're currently working on another deal.

To be selfish, I like that Dean doesn't do pictures. It gives me just a little time to buy what he's selling while others are playing twenty questions. Even then, I'm usually not fast enough. I regret not buying the Rambow he recently sold, or this Centennial case!

Dean (and I) are just from the era where a guy's word and a handshake were enough for a good deal... I don't know about anyone else, but I've bought some cues on Ebay that really looked good in the pics, and then you found out about that big gouge on the side that wasn't photographed, or found out that the seller's idea of "a straight cue" might have been slightly different than anyone's who actually played pool. This isn't the case with Dean. I'll take my chances with him anytime!
