When it comes to large raptors I am afraid the turbines can rival DDT. Aside from everything else, as they kill birds they put bait all around the turbines to attract more raptors.

I thought a "blue moon" was the second full moon in a month.
According to Wikipedia, apparently it is, but it is also what you posted too.
There is also something about it just appearing blue, due to atmospheric conditions, and not necessarily even being "full", but somehow I don't see something as subjective as appearance fitting in with very objective astronomical definitions like the other ones.
