I didn't say that Grady doesn't have a stroke, I said that Jasmin has one of the best strokes there is, and I believe she has a much better stroke than Grady. That's my personal opinion, and if you disagree, that's fine.
I also believe that if Grady played Jasmin, he would run away ashamed after losing so badly. Again, only my personal opinion.
I see no point in continue with this discussion with you, though. Thanks for your inputs.
Who are you speaking for? Do you even know American pool?
I have always hated it when "old" members of this forum tells new members a thing or two based on the time they've been on this forum, but I think it is appropiate here. If you have been a member of this forum for less than a month I think you should atleast
assume that people who have been members for years do know a little about American pool. If not, we wouldn't be here. Right?
But since you asked, I do. I play a little myself, have competed at Derby City Classic, finished 85th in the one-pocket division, I have played tournaments all over Europe and in the Philippines, gambled with top-pros like Efren Reyes, played Hohmann, Souquet, Feijen etc. I do know the majority of the European pros who play American pool for a living, in fact I got live-updates by Souquet during Line Kjorsvik's match at World Games just hours ago, I know some of the Americans and many of the top pros in the Philippines. I do know that the
overwhelming majority, and that's a fact, of overseas pro-players do not play one-pocket on a regulary basis.
One-pocket is slowly getting more popular in Europe, but I doubt we could get 32 players to join a one-pocket event held in Europe. Sad, but true.
As a side-note, in Europe we rank our players based on their tournament-wins, not what they do at the table in the corner at a poolhall late at night.
Top players like for example Jasmin Ouschan, Ralf Souquet and Thorsten Hohmann does not gamble at all.
