Thank You for all the kind words..
Will and Rhoda, a special thanks to both of you.. When I had to leave the ICCS show last year because of my dad's illness you guys were a great comfort. Just to let all AZer's know what kind of friends they are..
How many people wouldn't even take a second thought about taking care of my cues and shipping them back to me. That was a great responsibility and not the first time they've done that for me. Thanks again..
I'd like to thank everyone for sharing their stories and nice thoughts. it helped me get through a difficult weekend.

Hi Ken, Your father's Paradise cue is really the only "keeper" in your collection. Nothing is more personal than that. You were fortunate to have him for as long as you did. I knew it was about a year ago, time goes by so fast. My best to you and I'll see you at Diamond Jim's. John Vero.

Like many have already said this cue goes beyond being a classic cue made by one of the pioneers in cue making. Ken you have some great gems in your collection, but this could be the only cue you hold to your heart. Thanks for sharing.

BTW .. what a great gift from your mother. I am sure she was as joyful to give you that cue as you are honored to cherish it and all the memories it brings.

Whether you are 1 or 61 loss of mom and/or dad is so full of sorrow and it is almost impossible to fill the void they leave in our lives.
I lost my parents in 1988 within a span of 2 months, i was 13. The memories is the only thing i have.
This is a real treasure, in my opinion this cue should not be hung on a wall but played with occasionaly, your Dad's soul will be the happiest seeing you from heaven that you are using his cue.

My sinciere condolences.
 
Sorry to hear about your loss. You have the cue now that can bring back good times. That was an awesome gift.
 
Hey Ken, this Cue need a Cap with your Fathers Face, same as Alton do for Eric:wink:

I've seen my Dad play with cue since I was about 10 years old.
His picture will stay in my head, not needed on the cue..
Nice touch, just not for this one.

I'm sure I'll have a monster available when your ready..
