It is a four point with 8 veneer's,1/2 ivory joint and chrome weight bolt.

Nice Cues Bob...who made the cocobolo into rosewood hoppe? The Lee Peppers cue is great. Classic and timeless.
Thanks, That cue has Desert Ironwood for the points and butt and a Curly Koa wood forearm and it was made by Mr. Jerry Rauenzahn.

Thanks for the correction on the type of woods. I can see the forearm better in the last pic..Really nice combination of woods and veneers. Mr. Rauenzahn sure makes a hell of a hoppe:)

Leon Sly Hoppe

Here's my first hoppe style cue. Hits great and the bumper comes off to reveal a polished stainless hex bolt. Nice to have options. The points and butt are ebony but you can see a bit of grain in it. If I remember right it's gaboon ebony into hard curly maple. Hope you guys like it..It's my first custom build. By the way, the inlays are pointed and sharp but my pix skills need some help.

Very, very nice. I've heard a lot of good about Sly cues but have never seen one in the flesh. Thanks for sharing your cue with us.

Here is another Lee Peppers "I refuse to call it Plane" Jane cue. This cue is truly special. Perfectly done, enjoy the pics and thanks for looking.

I've posted pics in other thread so I hope people aren't sick of seeing it. To me its like my child though...always want to show it off...haha.

The second picture is the leather seam. The last picture more accurately shows the brightness of veneers.
