I don't follow this stuff religiously like some obviously do.
While Mr. Figueroa and several others seem to delight in poking the bear (Mr. Barton), I don't recall Mr. Figueroa getting as personal as Mr. Barton did when he got banned. No place for that anywhere (goaded or not).
Not sure why folks don't just ignore the nonsense, instead of perpetuating it.
(I realize that by posting this I am also perpetuating it, somehow I've justified it in my mind)

Here is a bet to anyone that wants to take it... go find the post where someone called someone a name first, in the "debate". You got 10:1 it wasn't me. (Post 99 of his "psa"... first name shot across the bow. ) .. and I didn't respond to it in kind.. I didn't respond to renfro when he called me classic douche, so I advise some people should rethink their stance on the real guys who did indeed cross the line. I walk the line, and its with great discipline, and a few times I really though about going over the edge. But it isn't worth it. Do I make snarky remarks, yep. Do I slip with an occasional "your stupid" yeah probably, but there isn't no one reading this that hasn't.
To all who says John gets stalked, its absolute horse manure. After our last tiff, I intentionally did not post in threads he was in, however there were at least 5-10 times he posted in a thread I was first to take part in. Quoting me, looking for me to engage, I chose to walk away. Do you know how many times I saw posts and wanted to send a message? You can't count that high, I didn't till this one...
To the few who think I started the second thread to harass? Hardly, it was to prove the disingenuous nature displayed by Sterling (Matt Carter) and John when shown they didn't have a registered trademark and it was played off as "Oh we just let it go". At no time did either admit it was rejected. Why do you think that was? Because it weakens the position. If they had actually tried even a little to be truthful, that thread would have never been posted.
To some other people, I have been e-mailing Marc and he absolutely got these factory direct and I have no reason to not believe that. He said there is a factory warranty, there is no reason to think they don't. BUT on a 350 dollar case, I don't know the shipping costs and who would pay it, but I have to think its at least 100 minimum one way. So really, on a 350 item.. you really want to worry about that? But the reality is, these came from the factory. If you had John and Marc and had to chose whom to believe, well Marc has never been banned, he has never treated this place like his own cat box.
BTW there is an ignore feature. Just throwing that out there. However YOU ARE ALL guilty of rubbernecking a train wreck, which is why 60% of you come here anyways. If it wasn't John and me, it would be John and Lou, or John and one stroke, or John and Eric, John and wrldpro, John and Jack oh wait is this a pattern and it must be the fault of the other 6, yeah that makes sense. Try telling that to someone normal.
I hope Marc sells the monster load of cases he has, and makes a ton of money.

That is funny Chuck but I have no problem with Fast Larry, and if you look the last time I was at his site was April of this year 2014.
BTW Larry is like our own Scott Lee, when on the road he visit Boys, and Girls Club with Pool tables and give FREE POINTER.
How many other AZB Member do like Fast Larry, and Scott Lee promoting pool to future generations of pool player. I can only think of 3 or 4.
