I would like to offer this Huebler cue for sale. It is out of the custom shop. I am not sure what the value is in todays market. I have never seen one exactly like it. As soon as value is established, the cue will be for sale.
Thanks, Don

The cue has two straight shafts, it is straight together and apart. Ivory joint, Hoppe ring, 2 ivory ferrules, and white inlays are ivory also.

Value

Value is based on what somebody will offer you for the cue. You can try posting up a price with specs and adjust if needed. My guess would be in the 300.00 range, but, this is just a guess on my part. Figure out what you NEED out of the cue and try from there.

300.00! Mmmmm....Me thinks dat be a "Low Ball Deluxe"..
This is out of Paul's custom shop which is worth way more than a nice older Plain Jane's value of 300.00....
Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes here but no new Huebler's will be made for one, and I feel 3 hundie is a slap in the face to one of America's finest & beloved Cuemakers...

Hello Don, that is beautiful cue I have seen this model before. The other models I have seen had two shafts. I With a single shaft I would value the cue between $1800 and $2500 if everything is straight, Paul charged $250 extra for shafts for his Custom line cue except for those that had the eBony spliced front section.

Good Luck with your sale Don

Thanks

My guess was way off. It was just that, a guess. Maybe you should have posted this in the Ask the Cuebuilder section of AZB for the value, then posted it in the w/fs section. Just a thought and not meant as an insult, just trying to help.

Bump for the evening shift

I don't think you could buy one of the shafts with the ivory ferrule and Moori tip for $300. Thanks for your advise though. This is only about the 50th cue I have sold here.

Curious...

I guess my question would be if you have sold 50 cues here why is your I trader at 6, and why would you need our help to appraise your cue if you have sold that many cues..I'm not trying to be a smartass here..I am just curious..

You can get Barry Szamboti or Dennis Searing to make one for that if they would work on a huebler. They did on my Szamboti's. As for $1800-$2500 I think it is $1000 over priced in todays market.

ToomnyQs, since your a new member I will help you out here. Itrader is relatively new compared to the age of the forum, it has only been around a couple of years, and it really isn't a very good method anyway, I mean anyone can just post comments whether there was a transaction or not.

Now Purdman has been a member here longer then I have and he is very well respected, for his honesty and his integrity. The way to handle questions like you asked is not in some ones thread, it should be done by private message, because whether you intended it or not it does appear that you do are being cynical about what he said in his post.

Have a great day

Huebler Cue Values

Huebler cues are selling similar to the home prices in most of the country. Depressed.
Hopefully the prices will make a come back. I think Huebler cues have always been undervalued.
I think if you need cash offer the cue for no less than $1000. If you are looking for offers, start a little higher and take the best deal. Anyone who thinks the cue is worth less than my recommendation has not followed the Huebler market.

Purdman has been around a long time...iTrader is relatively new. Purd does not sell anything on here very often. I have had the pleasure of meeting Purd...he is fairly local to me. There is absolutely no risk whatever in dealing with him.

That is a gorgeous Huebler, Purd.

I think all you guys are under shooting Pauls cues. The custom shop cues are one of the best bang for the buck on the market today.and I believe they will be very sought after in the near future.and I have notseen any custom shops sell under 1300 in quite some time .good luck. And I might be interested call

Thanks, it is refreashing to see that some one understands what these cues are truly worth.

Take care

Most of the cues I have sold here were before the I trader was began. I sold about 15 Sledgehammers here. I use to buy and sell cues here all the time. I am currently involved with horses and only have time for pool in the evenings at home with my wife. We both love to play. I also had my BCA Instructor Certification for 5 years.
I honestly don't mind explaining myself and am not offended by your questions. Have a great day.
