Huge Action Alex Pagulayan vs Justin Hall LIVE July 31 who do you guys like ?

understands high level pool?-That was the same guy who said Alex had virtually no chance playing that yokel 15-4, what 2 weeks ago? because it was too high of a spot-ahahahaha-Must have said it 3-4 times-He knows NOTHING on the subject or if he does know something, he just learned it in the last 2 weeks.

Here is just ONE of his insults and shows of ignorance

Quote ChrisinNC
Regardless of whether its 15, 16, or 17-4, that...

Regardless of whether its 15, 16, or 17-4, that is just plain ignorance / stupidity / greed on the part of him and/or his stake horse to think he can spot a player as good as this guy such a spot,...

Like Alex is a complete dope and makes bad games -How long could he even be following pool?

I was not referring to any of his previous posts but thanks for your input anyway. You might want to reply to the the statement I made about a player freezing up under pressure Mr. Know It All!

Okay, I was wrong about Justin.
If there was one guy other than T-Rex and Dennis that I thought could win with this spot on his table it was J. Hall. Big OOPS as it cost me three large to find out that Alex can kill a dragon if need be.
That's why they call it gambling!

Realistically, I think Justin is supposed to win with this spot. He just didn't play very well at all. A champion should be expected to stand up a little straight than Justin did in this match..

IMO, orcullo is the only one who can trade blows with Alex. I think dennis might even have the edge, but damn that Alex plays HARD. Shit, they both do.

Not sure I'd want to get in the middle of that one anyway

Alex doesn't play the same against Dennis. That's all I will say on that subject.

Russ, he got a little weak in the downstroke, but you should ask Nostroke since he knows everything.

But Russ, that's what AP *does* to you. He comes out blazing and you find yourself spending every spare second ducking those .44 magnum slugs. As Jay, Chris and others have said, and you know this as well, it's easy to free-wheel when your opponent is firing blanks. But when it's live ammo and the guy has a tommy-gun? Your elbow joint is suddenly fused... stroke? What stroke...? I used to move like a ghost. Now I'm moving like Godzilla on crack! Banzai!

Y'know...?

Count me among those that thinks Chohan would have a real shot to beat Alex. Anyone who was at the Derby this year knows that Francisco beat Chohan in the one pocket semifinals on a fluky roll and Chohan would, otherwise, have been a clear favorite to beat Justin Bergman in the final. Chohan's form at the Derby was just awesome and, to me,he showed more form than anyone else.

I'm not saying Tony would be the favorite, but even a longish race could go either way if Alex and Tony matched up on a neutral table. It would sure be worth watching!

I still think Alex and Efren can beat Choan

I might even throw in with Nick Varner with a spot

,how old is he anyway?I am getting near 75,surely Ni.ck
isn't that old

This was the first time I saw Justin hall play, but I didn't think the game was close

Alex seems to be a much better player to me

It would be nice to see a list of the top 10 one pocket players today

Alex
Efren
Dennis

these seem to be the best to me

I have to giggle at comments.....

Tony would play or Dennis would play and nobody else.....

I know a ton of folks that would play.....but how many stakehorses would back them....that's the question.

You know all these nit pool players don't have cash or the asdfj to play on their own, so the question isn't who will play, but who can get backed to play. ;)

All you guys worshipping Alex when he missed plenty of balls yesterday that Dennis and Tony would have made him pay dearly for. He would have never gotten away with that with those 2 guys, Shane either

Betting against Alex in any big money match just seems like a really -EV play to me.

I'm showing my ignorance here and I know that Alex considers himself as Canadian, but just curious, does Alex have any connection at all to the Roy's Basement
team that Dennis is a part of, that would prevent them from scheduling a challenge match between the two of them?

Seems like at this point, the best 1-P challenge matches on the horizon would have to involve two of the following players - Alex, Tony, Dennis or Shane.

I made quite a bit of money betting against Alex last year.

Lost betting him he couldn't beat the 15ball ghost at Griffs - mainly to see him do it.

I know i collected my bets and you went off for more than you ever have here.

And you didn't get a dime of it because you're too big a nit to bet something. :)
Looks like you made one bet for 150 (the guy asked for 300 and you took half). Congratulations, you can buy some food now. :D
