I'm Calling Out JFORNEY36....WHERE IS MY CUE?

I noticed your location in your avatar, I grew up in Chester. Anyway, you make it sound like it is my faut that I'm getting ripped off by this guy.

Oh...by all means please don't take it that way. That's not what I meant at all. I meant that in light of these circumstances...the situation you're involved in...I can't imagine feeling any pity for anyone who put themself in a position to be burned by this guy going forward.

It's never anyone's fault for getting ripped off...and it certainly isn't yours in this case. My sincerest apologies for stating my opinion in a manner that would lead you to believe that was what I was implying.

I hope you meant I would not feel sorry if someone did
Runout I do hope I am making the proper interpetation for you
I feel for you man this aint no small money we are talking about. Worse off you are out a cue you really wanted. I hope it somehow works out for you.

You did indeed make the proper interpretation for you. Communicating is typically an asset of mine. However I freely admit that the "et" in "asset" eludes me and well...here we are. *L*

It's a shame

He has not logged on since the 5th so he cannot have seen my message I sent giving him until Monday. On top of this the phone is never answered. I don't see a good outcome of this.

John

This is a shame, but outrageous to say the least.
No response, no nothing, it doesn't sound like a guy that has had as many transactions on AZ as JFORNEY36 has.
I think it is unusual that someone who has had so many deals on AZ would do this, and I expected it to be settled a long time ago, which is why I stood by and watched.
Typically these deals are worked out once the thread is started, but this one is odd
This thread has been rolling for quite some time and JFORNEY36 has had every opportunity to chime in or respond in some way, and he hasn't.

Very disturbing, and at this point unless he has a heck of a good reason he better come forward because he is looking at serious legal ramifications, not to mention the fact that he screwed a fellow AZ member stationed overseas to help our country.

JFORNEY36:
If you have a problem and can't pay him then come forward and explain the situation.
Most AZ members are more than understanding and will support you if you show an effort to make this right.

You can always send him an email, it goes right to his cell phone.

Maybe it's time for all the AZ'ers to start calling his work & leave a few messages. I'd imagine it wouldn't take long for them to get irritated by 50 different people calling every day leaving "Jeff's a deadbeat" messages. That's bound to make his boss & coworkers take some notice.

Or Jeff could just try acting like a man & pay up.

PM me the information and I will be sure to "reach out and touch" someone.

im in walker. but do not threaten bodily harm. lets make it real tough for this guy to live. pull no punches. he will pay up or loose his job. calling his job and leaving messages with his co workers is a great idea

Just thinking it may be prudent to back off the attack until John gives the green light that he's done all he could to resolve this.

pm me

If he was using his computer from work you might contact his employer. I had a deal go bad one time and the fool sent nasty e-mails and threats from there desk computer at work. I made copies and contacted the supervisor and got my dough and an apology real quick after that!!

Let's see if I've got this right: you sent payment on Oct 2. You never got your cue. You started this thread on Oct 28. Today is Nov 9. He has done nothing but stroke you the entire time. There's proof he's been on this site during this time and still hasn't rectified the situation. You're concerned he hasn't been on since Nov 5th and hasn't seen your latest message? How tolerant do you need to be? HELLO!!!

Maybe you're in his space and should back off and give him a couple of years to think this over.

I knew he was a shitbag from close to the begining.... really sorry to hear about all of this, John.. Let me know if I can help.

PM me his name and number. I'll make a phone call as well.

Send his work number too. And any other number you got.

Ill gladly call his work and home numbers every day work at 1 pm and home at 1 am see how he likes that one.

John told me he gave Jeff until Monday, which is why I haven't really sent out much of Jeff's information to anyone yet.

If this clown hasn't done something to bring all this to a close by the end of business tomorrow, unless John asks me otherwise, I'll PM everyone that has asked or asks for his information. I have his work address & phone number, his cell phone, 2 po box addresses, & a street address to a singlewide trailer in Montour Falls, New York. I even have his wife's age & maiden name. I'll send it all out.

If he wants to play, then let the games begin!

Is that Jeff Forney age 39 or Jeff Forney Sr. age 67 we are talking about? Maybe we could get him to meet a few of us for breakfast at the Blue Ribbon Diner at 139 N. Catherine Street in Montour Falls and discuss his future. We can call (607) 535-9004 and reserve a table for 500.
