Is that TONY ZINZOLAS HAND in my pocket

No.....it will not be dropped unless the Mods intercede.....Zinzola's hide needs to hang on Tikkler's barn door.

No I don't have an older avatar I've been using az for about 6 years but just became a member not to long ago cuz I didn't have my own computer but the same day I got my cpu I started here on az I don't normally post my opinion or suggestions and I've only posted a hand full of times I just feel like this has gone to far to no matter who it was about and yes I'm still owed from someone about stuff for around ten years I havnt forgot but I just won't bad mouth anyone cuz u never know the future could bring feeling sorry for everyone here good bad or even innocent sorry if I rubbed anyone the wrong way here thanx

This entire episode is about principles. Some people have them and some do not.. Apparently some folks do not understand the principle of theft or how someone will react when stolen from. While it may be difficult for some folks to comprehend just watch how this all plays out and then you'll understand.. One other thought for all the unprincipled folks out there is don't steal from someone that has deep pockets because they just might go after you with more resources and energy than you can imagine... JMO!

Can we drop this subject its getting out hand things like this have happened with other cue makers from what I have heard of course its 3rd hand info so I don't know how true that is but it seems that its getting cruel to tony and again I'm sorry that this has happened but let's let it go for now please thanx if u do

This must be someone who's sitting on a few high end zinzolas!!

i would buy one on the secondary market for sure....it would need an piloted ivory joint with radial pin....but it would have to be dirt cheap...tonys cues do play well...and i hope my friends get what they are owed....

I guess id buy one to if it was dirt cheap... But imo the stock value on these cues just took a serious nose dive, like the shit just crashed!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Tony, I have bought several cues from him. However this is what bothers me. Several months ago he txts me an says he has a couple of cues he has finished and will give me a good deal on them. He sends the pics but they are not what I am looking for and don't buy them. ,How do u call me up, the person who you don't owe a cue or money to instead of using those cues to at least try and make a few of these customers happy? This really bothers me. I really like Tony but this is too many honest well known customers to be a lie or a misunderstanding. I hope Tony does the right thing soon for everyone's sake.....

Jäger, he won't do the right thing, or we would have heard from him by now.

Me and at least 5 others are well prepared to push this to the end. more and more people have been asking to let them be part of this.

I will be gathering everyone's info and keep them all up to date on what my attorney has found out. And what is the next step and what we need to have the state of mass go after him.

I WILL START SENDING OUT UPDATES TO ALL INVOLVED STARTING ON THIRSDAY

Because he can sell them twice this way.

Rayjay beat me to it! It is hard to get what you pay for after you have paid , especially when dealing with an asshole like this ***** Tony. He rather sell on eBay!

I loved one of the gambler cues Tony made. When he posted a thread taking deposits, I couldn't wait for him to make me one. He was very pleasant by pm and on the phone. I sent a $500 deposit. When the cue was delayed, I asked if I could get my deposit back. He said, "Yes". I had to send weekly e-mails asking for a status on the refund. One day, I received $250. I kept sending e-mails for the remainder but the communication stopped. I gave up on the other $250 long ago. I hate reading others have had bad experiences too. Years ago, I thought he did amazing work. Today, I do not have any interest in owning a Zinzola cue.

Well you should PM Tikkler, and add your name to the list of victims.

It's amazing that Zinzola got away with abusing his customers for apparently such a long time. Of course, everyone that had, or is still having, an abusive experience with Tony did not have any way of knowing there were so many other victims. Now this has come out, it's akin to the Mayor of San Diego scandal.

At first, the Mayor was accused by one woman, then it was three, it subsequently increased to eight and now it's more than eighteen women whom were sexually abused by the Mayor. Zinzola is like the friggin' Mayor.......his customers just keep coming forth and reveal more horror stories. This guy was equivalent to being a "cue pedophile" and preyed on innocent people who trusted him.

As far as I'm concerned, might as hold a wake for Tony Zinzola.....he's dead as a cue-maker in my opinion and deserves all the financial harm and legal entanglements, including criminal theft charges, that he's earned by his abhorrent demeanor and total dishonesty. And as far as Tony's family goes, he burned them and now they know he's just a bottom feeder. But don't feel sorry for their sake because they can actually lay hands on Tony and beat him up. Instead, concentrate on the genuine victims here......Zinzola's customers.

If I owned a Zinzola cue, I'd be pissed over what's come out about him and Tony's dishonesty. Those cue owners just saw their cue values plummet.....and it's not a small ding either.....and those cue owners didn't do anything to cause that. Obviously, I could be wrong but I'm betting otherwise........a cue-maker with a bad reputation is a cue-maker that's doomed.

What a way to make a return into the AZ Billiards forum after a small hiatus...
Wow - wonder why this thread was pulled over 1-1/2 years ago and the problem grew out of control during that time?
On a positive note, I am glad to see Steve contributing with beautiful cues and keeping things in perspective with regard to his interests.
I will be very interested in the outcome.

Summer is over and to all my friends - We're Back!
Looking forward to seeing Steve contributing to the Cue & Case Gallery with more of his beauties.
I will be posting up the rest of this cue...

Soon! Enjoy!

I'd love to see the pics of these cues as I'd bet they have been sold to many.....
I have a similar story with him.

glad your back myron, tell daphine i said hi and cant wait to see what you have in store for us cue lovers....

Pookster,

The cue-maker manufactures your cues incorrectly, doesn't mention anything or reveal the ivory is fake and then defrauds you by charging for materials never used.

Let me ask what the difference is between what happened to you and say a custom jewelry store that sells you a diamond encrusted Breitling or Rolex watch. You take it home for a couple of weeks or show everyone your great new, "expensive" watch that you just paid $5500 for. Then at a party, you meet someone who's father is a jeweler and he happens to know about diamonds having worked in his dad's jewelry store for many years. He tells you the diamonds don't look right to him based upon what he knows but if you want to be certain, you should bring your watch to his dad for verification.

So a few says later, you do exactly that and you find out that the diamonds are not diamonds but are zircons. You're told Rolex and Breitling would "never" make a watch with fake diamonds. So you go back to the jewelry store where you bought the watch and you're told........."Of course those are not real diamonds because a watch like that would have cost a lot more so, of course, the diamonds are not real." but you aren't offered any partial or total refund. And even worst, you find another a nicer watch with real diamonds selling for only $300 more than you paid for the fake diamond watch.

How do you feel? Was the sale misrepresented to you. Do you feel cheated? What'ya do? Did you overpay for the watch with fake diamonds.........absolutely. The cue-maker has significantly overcharged you and committed fraud since you paid a lot of money for a cue with genuine ivory inlays. I'd go on the warpath and launch a campaign to soil the cue-maker's reputation announcing what a crook he was. I'd be willing to spend money for bringing the sob cue-maker down hard.......he lied, cheated, and stole money. If any cue-maker ever screws me, I'll go after the cue-maker viciously and pursue legal recovery through the local DA where the cue-maker resides, start threads on AZ and Craig's List (in multiple different cities since I wouldn't know where the cue-makers other unhappy customers might be) and just campaign hard to soil the cue-maker's reputation.

Long ago I learned that if you let someone screw you and just take it without punching back, then go sit in the corner and pout. What kind of man are you when you allow anyone, let alone a cue-maker, to crap in your face and all you'll do is just gripe.............Haven't you learned yet you don't have to get mad but you "always" get even. At least by going after the cue-maker.....really hard not some superficial effort .........kind of like what's happening with that Zinzola creep............you'll forewarn fellow AZers and possible, prospective customers to beware and perhaps save them an exasperating and very expensive bad cue buying experience. Thank goodness my new custom cue is being made by a cue-maker who has a sterling record on customer satisfaction and has maintained an unblemished reputation for almost than three consecutive decades.

Apparently, there's more jerk-like cue-makers around than I ever imagined. The Forum should start a new section called "Complaints about Cue-Makers" and it will become populated with lots of threads and cue-maker identities. Everyone is entitled to know.....and deserves to know........about dishonest cue-makers and remember this if you ever get screwed by a cue-maker like so many other poor souls on the Forum...................if you remain silent about what happened, then you invite this same crime to happen again to another innocent victim. So start shouting out complaints about any cue-makers that did you wrong..........prevent it from happening again..............just my 3 cents on this matter.

Hey

The zinzola show has been going on for a very long period of time. unfortunately the ending may take a bit of time.

my attorney has contacted the DA for Marlebourough Mass. we are awaiting the clear answer on what will happen next. as soon as I get that information I will be sending out an email to everyone that is participating.

In the meantime a couple of us are looking into other approaches ........
