was looking through his last post's and dont see a reason for the ban....

Seems like certain people get to say whatever they want, free reign, and nothing happens. Other people say something, and it's instant banishment.
It's like being friends with a cop. You get "status" by who you know. Jay enjoys such privelege, along with some others.

how did Jamie act like a fool? alot of people were taking jabs at him so he fired back. even when the guy openly apologized about the bartram thing, more than a couple posters were chirping at him. he manned up and publicly apologized and a few people here couldn't be decent individuals and simply accept his apology. i've seen posters here get worked up when there getting barked at by one guy, let alone a whole board of them. i honestly don't think he deserved to get banned....just my .02

His posts have almost always been rude and disrespectful towards somebody. In the ph he would have been the one yelling insults and badmouthing everybody until he either got thrown out or punched out. When that's your history the "authorities" are in a perpetual state of having "had it up to here" with you and you don't have to do much to get thrown out again, or arrested, or punched out or, ... in this case banned.

I would have to disagree here Jay. You both called each other names on more than one occasion. It actually has brought life to this forum over the past couple of weeks. Jamie doesnt deserve to be banned for his action these last few weeks any more than you or I do. Somebody needs to make this right. I am sure at some point he will snap and get banned, but until then, having him kicked out of his just isn't cool.jay helfert said:

By the way, I had nothing to do with his ban. I never complained to anybody or said a word to the mods fyi. He did it all on his own. He can be proud of himself for that.
I don't really see where he added anything to this forum except rude and obnoxious remarks, one after another. I guess some people enjoy that. I'm just not one of them.
I really don't care what you call him either. He is a big boy and can deal with it, and if he can't shame on him. However, I did go back through his posts, and I dont see that he did anything wrong. I should be banned and so should you if we were held to the same level. Mr Wilson told me he was banned becasue he was never invited back, which is BS!!! He was banned for 1 year, which expired on July 30th. He came back, posted for 2 days, said something about somebody, ( that thread is gone) and got booted. For the first time in a long time, it was interesting around here with that little punk getting at people. He never caused anyone any harm whatsoever. People need to get a little thicker skin around here. A couple of people here have said that if he talked like that in a pool room, he would get his ass kicked and tossed out. Well that would solve everything right??? As a matter of fact, when he was a kid, I had to protect his ass on numerous occasions from getting smacked, but as he got older, he toned it down and to my knowledge, he hasnt got tossed out of any pool halls for running his mouth. I am not really sure why this has me so hot, but it does. It would have been inevitable that he would have got booted eventually, I just wish the powers that be would treat everyone the same, or at least call it like it is.
