You can't talk Roy, I've made the mistake of eating that Norweigan delicacy luetfisk. I was smart enough to avoid Balut when I was in the Philippines though despite many earnest attempts to sell me some.

I can't imagine what a meal of lutefisk and balut would do to a person's digestive system.

I could imagine and that's why I'll never do it. Not enough beer in the world to wash that away. I guess I'll never be a "Real Man" or lose a set.

I checked out the recipe. It looks good but I think the "2 ¼ teaspoons of saltpetre" might ruin my plans for the weekend.
