Just wanna add for context, these two have actually met in person before. :)

For those that haven't met Pat, he's one of the most easy going guys you could meet. I will say that his alterego here on AZ should be able to handle a lengthy but well thought out good ribbing like this though. :D

I, for one, enjoy his posts and appreciate his commentary. There's a lot of misinformation in the pool community. I avoid the whole CTE controversy here on AZB so I don't really know his stance in detail, but just wanted to say I like his commentary.

It might be funny to CTE followers, but it pales in comparison to the AZ Hitler YouTube spoof. Nowhere near as funny.

And to echo an earlier post, I think this should be an ongoing saga, with new characters introduced every now and again.

What a hoot.
 
After Jay Helfert's ringing endorsement, I'm kinda surprised - I didn't find it all that funny. It's just typical Spidey-talk ("you know so much, let's see you play") coming from cartoon characters.

Although I like the idea of "Professor Johnson". I've got my spiral notebook ready .... where does he teach?

I agree. His AZ persona and his real life persona are not the same. But there are some quirks that overlap.

In person most of us are cooler than we act online. Hiding behind a keyboard it is too easy to say things that would get you popped in real life.
