Obviously this is a China sourced product and company. How did they use the Joss name? I wonder if Joss knows?
I found it funny the factory pictures show a white worker. You will never see that in China! lol (And I've been to at least 10 Chinese factories in the past few years)

Maybe thats the beginning of a Gator LD chair leg.
The factory that makes these are scum sucking bottom feeders who have stolen the Joss trademark, the Schon trademark, and the McDermott trademark. Then they apply these trademarks to copies and knockoffs of Poision and Predator and Fury and other designs.
The people who sell these cues know that they are committing a crime and they don't care. As for a picture of a a factory you have been to enough places to know that the pictures in the literature doesn't match the reality.
Also you can report the items as counterfeits by hitting the report item button.

I kinda wish it wasnt a fake! I like the look of it and wish it was a legit offer. I would have bought it and raffled it off for Soldiers at the next pool tournament held here at Camp Humphreys. I am just looking to do some cost effective things to raise money to get better equipment for the Soldiers here. A 75 dollar joss cue would have been an amazing raffle item.
They can't be any worse than a Joss cue, even if they are made in China. My new Joss cue developed a bad warp in the butt after 6 months. Joss said too bad, not covered under any warranty after you chalk it up and hit balls. Probaby typical of mass produced junk.
Not to take this off topic but this sounds very unusual of Joss products. Ive strictly been playing Joss cues for many years, Ive had 6 different butt and no problems at all.
Did you buy it from an authorized retailer? Have the receipt?

I urge as many of you who can to report that auction to Ebay. If as many people as possible will report it, then Ebay will consider actions against the seller for future actions. As well, victims of this theft will have more tools for legal action against the seller.
Please don't think that this doesn't affect you. It is an attack on our economy, and it won't stop unless we, the buying public, fight it and vote with our wallets.
Sorry for the directness of this post, but this is serious. It threatens my lively hood as well as pool as we know it.

Joss ought to notify eBay about this. Recently there has been crackdowns by authorities on counterfeit goods (such as luxury brand women's shoes, purses, perfumes, etc.) so I think companies like eBay and Amazon are taking complaints more seriously.

How do they get away with saying the location is San Francisco?
When I ran across this I though it was just a Joss overseas plant putting out those sticks like what McD does with Lucky and Star brands.
