This is a cue I built for myself over two years ago and have decided to let it go.

The blank was from a Willie Hoppe two piece cue. The forearm had a crack in it when I received it. I repaired it before turning it down. Its been two years and the crack hasnt moved. If the crack moves later, I will make the new owner a new cue that is the same price as this one. The crack is hardly noticable and couldnt get them to show up in pics. The shaft has an extremely slight roll.

Here are the specs..

5/16-14 piloted pin
Stainless joint
Solid black collars
Titlist blank with Maple forearm and Mahogany lower section
Matching stacked veneer rings
White delrin buttcap with original Brunswick brown bumper
Cue comes with 1- 12.8mm shaft and 1/2" Ivory ferrule with Molavia M tip

Butt is 28.5 inches long and weighs 14.7oz
Shaft is 29.5 inches long and weighs 4.4oz

Included is a set of ebony and ivory joint protectors made by me.

Price SOLD shipped conus

This price reflects the crack. Normally this cue would go for almost double this price.

WHAT.....! Only you would want a wrap on that cue.

Bump for a nice cue, and sorry guys, I'd want a linen wrap on it too. It
might not look as nice to the most of you, but it would feel right shooting
with it for me. :)

Actually i think it would look great with a brown textured leather wrap, white/green spec or antique white. Im same way wrapless doesnt feel right to me. Great price

Wow...a Titlist wrapless full-splice for the price of a sneaky. With a lifetime warranty on the slight imperfection. How could you go wrong?

That is a great offering, Lee.

Tell ya what, I'm about to Pay Pal Lee for my third LP cue this week and if any of you don't know a great deal when you see one, I don't know.

Lee's conversions are the nuts. If it ain"t gone by the time I send money, I might take it myself, just out of principal. I agree, this cue would look pretty with a white and green spec wrap. Cost you peanuts to have someone do it later. Going once, going twice?

Just curious.

Since he is a cue maker. Why wouldn't he want to put on a wrap for the cue if a customer requested it?

If someone really wanted a wrap on the cue, I would do it.
I was trying not to because the wood is very nice. Its hard to
find a Titlist with nicely figured wood.

I guess what I'm saying is, bottom line, if thats what it will take to make the sale, its fine with me. I would charge for the work though...

Thanks

I have just received this cue. And I have to say that I am extremely disappointed.

The "barely noticable" crack was hardly a crack at all. the forearm has split clean down the middle! There is even a gap between the "crack"!!!

The fact that the finish is still intact means that it was applied over the broken forearm. One would really have to be quite blind not to see it.

When you play draw shots with it. You can also feel the broken forearm.

How could one sell something like that???

I just received the cue today. And am extremely disappointed right now. I will put up pictures of this broken forearm to see tomorrow.
