I once knew a guy who came across the country to play in a pretty big tournament. His speed was he should probably get maybe 5th in the tournament if things played out the way they "should." He decided to go to one of the local asian massage parlors before his first match. He played his first match, lost, and got knocked out like 1 or 2 matches later. Haha.

The night before may be OK (maybe beneficial), but just before is NOT good. The rush of adrenaline (or whatever) makes your muscles twitchy...not nice & calm.

Ever have a bad session turn around when a hot girl stands by your table? Testosterone is a helluva drug.
 
Getting some increases your performance for sure, also in females too. Its an old wives or should I say old mans tale they would tell to fighters, they just thought all the lovey dovey would make you soft mentally and that would transfer over physically, trainers want to keep the fighters in line and have control over them. I always found it funny in Raging Bull how he was putting the ice water on his pecker. Check this test out. :smile:

well damn

After being called a rooster (thanks Joey) and seeing how good Jay H. has it going on I have decided not to turn in my pimp card just yet .This girl is good to me, but hey, who says I gotta cash in .I'm holding my cards and staying at the table for a while .My tires have some good tread left on em, I haven't lost my hustle .I've always said don't settle for good when you can have the best . The Bishop says being one Ho deep aint deep enough ,maybe I can get Lock n Load to chime in on this .He says I need at least 5 to pay the bills and clean the house .I'm begining to see he may be on to something.

I think the only way to truly tell is to introduce me to your girlfriend. If my game improves quickly, I will agree with you. If not, its back to the drawing board, your theory will have been debunked!!! (all puns intended)
