Match for Half a Million $ to start today at at 6PM Las Vegas time

Does anyone know how the balls spotted when Scott ran the 18 and outs whether they spotted one at a time or all at once when the rack ran out. I just wonder as all at once in a lot tougher.

If all the balls are gone off the table, they spot one at a time...

Leil Gay, and he moved to Phoenix about 2 years ago. Often playing in the same room as Mr. Frost.

Nice Guy with a full head of hair! Oh yeah, he can play some 1 hole too.

OH YES he has some serious game !

He came to Syracuse and robbed a few tournaments one year quite a while ago. He had long hair at the time.

Then I seen him in the SBE pit about 4-5 years ago !
I asked him if he was the guy who played in his socks.

If memeory serves me JR played in a tournament quite a few yrs ago with a broken foot and played without his shoes - think he played the Miz ini that one. Saw him shoot iin Cleve area many times. I beat his brother yeras ago but I could never beat JR.

Dippy`s End game is real good.As a general rule, a weak player is not supposed to make even a single ball when palying champions. But he made balls consistently when he played scott and Daz in the past. It is my understanding that he learned the end game strategy by hanging out with 'Indian' while 'Indian' was living in Cleveland. For personal reasons,I am not mentioning the actual name of the 'Indian'

So there's a pool player that goes by the nickname "The Cleveland Indian"?

------

Dippy is a soap opera and I have to admit it - I can't drive by without slowing down and craning my neck to take a look. Wasn't it not more than a couple of months ago that everyone was saying there was no way he was getting 18-4 from anyone again? Now he's playing Scott, OF ALL PEOPLE, 19-4 for $250K?

Truth is truly stranger than fiction.

Heading to Vegas now. For those of you who think there is business going on your wrong. It is serious gambling at the highest stakes pool has ever seen. Have fun everyone with the conspiracy theories.

Hope you do your usual excellent reporting job for us, Lenny.

I confess to being among those with no gamble. Worked too hard too long for the little I have.

If fools and their money soon part..

Why is dippy so rich?????????????
He is no fool.
Never met him. Wouldn't bet against him.
Nick :)

I stand corrected. As Beav pointed out, Dippy does throw some money around to charity.
So for that part of my post, I apologize.
I was just commenting on the context of the thread. If someone is willing to lose 500K, 20 or 50 K to a couple of charities wouldn't make a huge difference in his bank account.

And thanks for the Red Rep Robert Duke. My second Red since I've been here.
Being called a Douche for suggesting a donation to a couple of worth while
charities is well, kinda Douchy in itself.

I Green Rep people for good posts and I don't think I've ever given a Red
just because I don't agree with another posters opinion.

They call him "The Indian" not The Cleveland Indian - he looks like an indian with his hair & complexion is why

He came to Florida with a shaved head and no moustache. I knew i knew him but couldnt figure out who he was til i saw him walk around the table. He kinda holds his head real high and glides smoothly around.

I know the normal rule but when Dippy played Cory at the Derby he required balls be spotted all at once. And I was wondering what was done in this match with Scott.

Just figuring out all the 1 pocket rules...How exactly does a 19-4 spot work?

I believe Scott spots the first seven he makes and then goes to 12. Sorry for the redundancy, I was catching up on the thread, good math on my part however.
