Hi All,

I have had some requests to show better pictures of my new Mike Webb cue. The wood is Maccassar Ebony, which is one of my favorites. I love the veneer combination. He picked the perfect shade to match the eyes in the maple. Mike decided to put ivory over stainless steel for the joint and I couldn't be happier. This cue plays exactly as I envisioned when I initally spoke to Mike. He is definitely one of the very best in this industry and I am proud to call him a friend.

Very, very nice!! Mike does really nice work, and is a nice guy too! Someday maybe I'll get to try out one of his cues for myself.

Hey Glen,

I remember the day Eric handed you that cue. It sparked my interest in bumperless Hoppe cues. This Webb cue is the first of 4-5 others I have ordered direct from cuemakers.

Love your avatar... ;)

Thanks everyone for the compliments on my new cue.

Gee thanks alot Chris now I have to have a Webb cue. :D Nice cue there buddy.

not only does Mikes point work looks great. Mike Webb cue overall looks great & using the traditional style of cue building makes his cue plays superior.
great collection & enjoy the cue.

I believe Mike does an overlap method for veneers, with some twists thrown in to keep the intersections really clean. But you probably already knew that.

I dont think they are recuts...but I could be wrong

And not only does Mike make a tight cue but they play very very very well!!!
Lot of locals here play with Webb cues...one local house pro totally changed his game when he switched to a Webb, I never seen him move the rock like he does now...not to say he wasnt good before!

What method would it be? I thought recut was the method used for solid veneers with no line. I was going to post that until I saw your post.
Surely it wouldn't be a sharp set of inlays...

Either way, the cue looks great. Nice choice.
