I like a little top to cinch a long ball. Think it's a subconscious thing. Like it feels less likely to roll off, and I'm shooting 'straighter'.
You should change the poll to inside or outside, I don't know too many people who intentionally always hit the left side regardless of which pocket they're shooting into.

Low left and spin it in. That would my go to way. But thats just me. Kids don't try this at home.

Oh crap. I voted before reading this. I shot mine into the left corner, where I believe most right handers would choose. I voted top right (outside english).
OB, so others don't make the same mistake I did, you might want to edit the OP to state shooting it into the right pocket.

It's a spot shot guys. Put the cue in the kitchen, place it near the left rail and shoot it into the right corner. Why do you need a diagram?
By spot shot do you mean cue ball on the head string spot and object ball on the foot spot? In that case I would crap my pants, then hit it low left into the right pocket.
i'm putting the cue ball on the string about 1 diamond over from the left rail, then putting it back about 1 inch towards the rail. halfball hit with center...60% of the time it works everytime.

OK, let's postulate the OB is sitting deep on the shelf of the far right corner pocket and the CB is sitting deep on the shelf of the near right corner pocket, the edge of the pocket not giving you a straight shot at the OB; Then add some interfering balls between the simple one rail kick.
At this point, the problem it to find a path from CB to OB, and then using the appropriate speed and english to pull the shot off with good probability.

On a long tough cut, I think you're crazy to use anything but top, as long as the scratch isn't in the way.
Managing squirt, swerve, throw and angle on an already difficult shot is crazy when you can limit it down to just throw and angle by simply hitting center top on the Q. IMO you've doubled your odds by reducing complications by 50%.
