Most Positive Poster

It's nice to see a positive thread reach at least 3 pages! So many times positive threads or comments are brushed aside so quickly.

I don't post hardly ever but I read just about every thread.
Nicest and most helpful people IMO:
JAM
Blue Hog ridr
DogsPlaying Pool
dsoriano
Lock N Load
Black-Balled

DSORIANO for sure. Allowing us all along for his room build-is very cool.

I will add Newstroke, Trampsteamer, Bill Porter, Bob Jewett, JoeW, Pooldawg8to name a few. The trouble with lists-always leaving someone deserving off the list. There's a lot of good people on this site. The vast majority are good folks. A few are here for the drama(cause it, stir it, revel in it) only.

Thanks for the OP-the good stuff should get some time in the sun too.

A couple peeps that I don't believe were mentioned (there are so many awesome people here!):

Stu (sjm) and Williebetmore!

It's true (and heartening) that there are quite a few people who come on az and brighten up the place. And kk9L, you're one of them, too.

I would be remiss if I didn't give a huge shout out to my pal, TATE. He has helped me bigtime with his vast knowledge of old cues. The man is a walking encyclopedia on this subject and not just limited to his specialty, old Palmers.

I have stood by often and watched Chris as he shares what he knows with fellow azers. He cares a lot for his many friends here, often inquiring when someone goes missing for a little while, and is always more than willing to lend a hand. His great sense of humor is a value added bonus!

Yes, there's some really nice folks on az. The good ones outnumber the not-so-good by a big margin.

Best,
Brian kc

Definitely Tate deserves to be among those listed.

I agree, the vast majority here are good folks...But I've found that
on any posting board, you'll find some mean spirited folks.

And we all have our sour days, don't we? ;)

We all have had bad days and bad games, but over coming adversity in all aspects of life is an important part of personal improvement. Remaining positive and having faith is crucial IMO.

We have had too many negative people and posts on AZ lately. I say lets recognize those who are positive here on AZ.

Who is the most positive AZ poster in your opinion?

JAM:smile:

Well,

there are just too many men and women her on azb i really like.
That would be such a long list.
I would feel bad to name some of em and then forget many others.

so i prefer just say a big thanks to all the good guys here :-)

These people are at the top of my list when it comes to contributions and caring about the community:

Lock n Load
Terry Ardeno
JAM
and
Chris Bartram (a pro who hangs out with us and includes Lock n Load in his list; how can you go wrong there? )
and Smorg. He always brought levity to most any flame war!

I vote Black-Balled, but this is bias...
His posts make me laugh, which is a positive to me so...

I also enjoy Jam's, I find her posts very friendly and useful, to wit:
Watermelon helps ansomnia, who knew? Thanks Jam!

Many others I enjoy here, some, not so much, but that's for anudder thread

Terry easily. Besides him I'd have to say the kid that plays with a Cuetech and is always playing sets with his dad.

I believe that everyone has something to say that may be worth listening to. It's up to the reader to determine whether it's positive or not.

That being said, this forum is full of great people! I learn something new every day I'm here. Most of the times that's a good thing, and sometimes it gets me in trouble with the wife.

Most of the posters on here want to be positive and friendly, but then there are the trolls. I try my best to ignore them although sometimes I can't. I just hope that I never get put into that "Troll" category!

I'm not usually negative, but when I want to be, I drink Dos Equis!

Jam, hands down no question.

Distant runner up pocket point......very...distant....

Posts like these are why I like reading this forum.

..good info...and makes me grin

..and makes me spill my $%#$ coffee...

i agree with you, there are way too many people on here that seem to be good people to list them all.

it is perfectly alright to have a difference of opinion, life would be boring if everyone thought alike.

what i dont like is when some one resorts to name calling just because you have a different point of view. mostly i try to ignore people like that and not even reply to their posts. i did sort of get in a pi$$ing contest with one poster who resorted to name calling and felt bad afterwards so i just ignored him after that.

Where is Travis Trotter these days? The last couple of times I've seen him post here was just to say he was back after not posting for a while - but then he'd immediately disappear again.
