How have you been here since 2009 with ~3,000 posts and don't know these answers (and the likely outcome of your complaint)?
But yeah, all things considered, AZB is moderated just fine, IMO. The banhammer isn't used as often as it can be.

You've been on AZB for 8 years and don't know who owns it by now? Well, I'll help you out a little no, Mr. Wilson don't own this site, and yes i feel the mods do a great job, for the most part:grin:
Never had a reason to make one till now.
Threatened to banned me for 3 years over something i said in the aiming forum. Which didnt deserve his comment.
Simply take it up with him. I think he does a very good job. He gave me warning once and I deserved it.

i think mr wilson is doing a fantastic job
i have been involved in a few controversies over minor
rules
as often as not i was corrected with a friendly admonition and everyone is happy
i bet no one could do any better than he does
try dealing with dozens of self interested pool player and
try to keep your sanity
give the guy a break,follow the rules and you won't have
problems
don't blame the guy who has to enforce them

The mods here are more of "safespace" type of mentality!
Don't hurt anyone's feeling or speak your mind or you get the hammer!
It's like a time out,,,, but,,,,, look at it like I do, when you get hammer dropped, it's them needing the time out!

Speaking as someone who has been a moderator on another forum, it is a difficult and thankless job.
Mr Wilson does a great job. He is in fact tolerant. We have disagreed occasionally and even jabbed at each other but never crossed the line. It never got ugly.
I like to think if we met we would have a beer and a laugh.

I guess complaining against the moderator did not go too well as he is now banned. I always thought the AZ mods were more than fair with people most of the time. It seems most who get banned have kept something up after being warned. So in reality most who get banned asked for it.
