I build one cue at a time

Hey folks,
Just wanted to show off my small collection, it is small but is mine and paid for...
I need to sell only one of the cues and I am sure I am going to keep the rest, for now
From left to right:
Sugartree - Sick, sick player on this one piece curly maple with old growth shafts.
Mike Bender SP - for first experience with a Bender I am thrilled and this cue is only a sp... I can imagine how well his fancy cues can play... This cue is up there on my best sp players ever, this one and my first ST sp I ever owned.
Wes Hunter wrapless - Olivewood with brazilian rosewood handle. Shafts weight a staggering 4.6 and 4.5ozs. It is a monster player...
Steve Klapp - You guys watch out... Steve makes a insane player as well... Awesome work and finish on snakewood, holly and walnut (I think).
Keith Jose bacote sp - what a player this one is as well. All Joseys plays awesome, period. Just ask Lisa :D
Then my Mezz PowerBreak Pro with a Samsara jb tip. Best break cue I ever owned and my Lomax jump cue (get a dozen of them ). Steve is awesome! Awesome to deal with and his jump cues jump better and higher than a frog :p

Hey Tony,

Great looking cues! I would love to get my hands on the Bender and the Hunter. Love the ringwork on the Hunter.

It looks like you need to update your signature line...:p

Congrats,
Chris

Good job

A very nice collection of usable cues. All of them are great player cues andwith them you must be unbeatable ;). Your right about Bender cues, they are awesome players.

TommyT

Very nice cues ! First Sugartree honey shaft is looking strong. Hunter 4.6 shaft is unreal. I you ever want to let go the Curly monster let me know ...

Thanks for the nice comments guys. They all play on a league of themselves. All cues have distinct features but they are all super players. Happy Holidays to everybody!

Great cues!

Nice collection, Tony-

It is interesting what you have kept. I know you had lots of others, SW, Kikel, fancy ST, Prewitt, etc. and you kept these.

Great roundup of cues, dude-

Tony you realize that since you are starting cuemaking that you'll need to sell all these. I remember back many years ago when I first started building...I was playing with an ebony Cog & someone asked me since I was a cuemaker why wasn't I playing with my cues? I had no answer...and they were correct. I immediately unloaded a small but sweet collect of my Cog, couple SW, a Dishaw, and a sweet hitting Hunter. At the time all I made was sneakies but I made me as nice a one as I could and played with it full time. I've never looked back....and I can honestly say that I've never hit one single ball & wished I had something else. I guess its ok to keep them for collecting purposes...but I'm one guy that believes cues should be played with not safe queens. I used to have a couple high end custom pistols too...and I never fired a round through them. I made a rule...if I don't shoot it...I sell it. Others feel different...but I can only enjoy "looking" at something for a short time.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas my friend!
