He is hard at work... he has about 200 orders pending.... 30-40 cues in their final pass stage and about 20 orders ahead of CINCYMAN !!!

He is under an extreme amount of pressure and since this is his only source of income as well as being a family man with a 5 month old child.. he has to play father,husband and cue maker at the same time....
This is mostly likely the only true statement in this entire post. Many of us are also family men, and we all understand how important taking care of families are. But, if Kevin was the family man he claims to be he would certainly not treat the people who feed and cloth his family in this manner. Has anyone else seen the other gentleman who recently posted to this thread that he has been going through this crap for two years and still hasn't received his cue!! Kevin, makes excuses for his bad behavior all the time, yet never comes clean and tell people the real story behind his behavior.
Kevin asked me to assure you that CINCYMAN'S cue will be done shortly and he will be very impressed and happy with the results... He is also giving extra little additions "rings etc." to most of the pending orders at no charge just to show his appreciation for the unavoidable delays !!!
Kevin's solution to everything is something free, he is always trying to buy people off. None of this would be necessary if he only did the right thing. In fact, making the extra ring billets, and other special little favors only increase the time it will take to finish his work.
Kevin is very overworked and under alot of family stress and is completely exhausted and I feel by his tone of voice and sincerety that all of you will get your cues with satisfactory craftsmanship in the near future, he did not in any way shape or form indicate that he's trying to screw anyone over... he just bit off a little more than he could chew.. and that can happen to anyone of us cuemakers in this market at any given time
I totally agree Kevin is under a great deal of stress, however it all do to his business dealings with others, and what he calls good customer service.
I sincerely hope this brings a little peace of mind to the subject at hand and will avoid possible unneccessary legal procedures and/or lynching !!!
Legal actions by forum members who have been taken is certainly the way to deal with Kevin. Done as a group the point should be easy to hammer home, and this gentleman will be stopped.

Everytime things go downhill for KV he is always quick to blame it on his family. Its always someone elses fault with him. That tells me enough about him there.

I took the bait and responded with a few comments that I now regret. It's obvious that you were trying to help. However, I don't think it did anything but create further speculation and resentment. It appears to me that Kevin is basically just leaving others here to take the heat. The red rep that I've received from this thread is crazy. SOME of it was deserved.
My apologies to everyone including Cincyman and I sincerely hope that this matter has a successful solution for all those involved.
However, I don't think this episode is going to have a fairy tail ending. IMO

I think the advice given to Varney would be to just stay away from AZ from now on, not just this thread. Furthermore, EW should give Cincyman and the others KV has refused to communicate with his number. Let him man up and actually speak with the paying customers.
