I have asked for KV to answer a few of my questions and the best news is i have ASKED KVS lawyer to contact me but she hasnt yet. He said she was free and so are my 40snowmon34 said:

The guy buying it, Monto P2, has only been a member three months.
Monto P2 was making inquiries on jump/break cues that were for sale for several days before making a thread on April 26th saying that he wanted to buy a j/b, and specifically mentioned wanting a Varney, preferably new. This is the thread:

Sounds like another case of Varney PM'ing somebody about being able to put them ahead of the wait list. I PM'd Monto P2 and posted in the first thread two days ago asking him when he ordered the cue, and he never responded even though he has been on quite a bit since then. It makes sense that he wouldn't answer the question if nobody is supposed to know that he was moved in front of the whole wait list. Things that make you go hmmmm...

Theres close to 500 post on this thread alone and if I remember right Kev said only one person has a cue on order. Since I assume there was no formal contract drawn up, we're talking about a reputation-based business. So while there might be some truth to the boring theory, all this "hating" has a legitimate purpose, and forum members are looking out for each other. If KV feels he's being misrepresented, he merely has to give his side of the story.
Based on the undisputed facts so far, I hardly see how he would be owed an apology when he gets caught up with his orders.
