If I were Cincyman, I'd already have lawyered up.

If I were Varney, I'd get the man his paid-for merchandise or his money back pronto.

If I were Mr. Wilson, I'd suggest escrow services to everyone and wonder why people fork over money to strangers on the internet and don't get some kind of receipt.
 
I know it would be an ending but is just getting the cue to Cincyman really enough???

This is inexcuseable and if it were me I wouldn't want the cue any more.
I would think a full refund is the minimum that Varney should do. In reality he owes more.

I also agree with Tate... he should be banned if all the info is true. He trolled the waters looking to screw someone. We need to protect our own.

The added PM where he asked the person to swear that they waited 6months !!! What kind of man asks another person to lie for them??

1. Kevin Trudeau comes to our community promising wealth and prosperity. Players get the shaft.

2. Kevin V comes here promising cue perfection. Players don't get shaft...or butt.

Anything that has to be hyped that hard does not deserve my support and I am naturally leery of. Why is everyone surprised?

I think we should make July official "No-Kevin" month and all Kevin's everywhere neutered. :eek: ;-)

I agree!! the $100 from last year worth less today... I would like to see a refund + compensation. KV should really stop taking orders if he can not pick up.

KV should also change his signature to something like:
Play with Varney or get hustled by one....

If you cant; fulfill your orders when you say heres an idea STOP SAYING YOU CAN and when customers complain he seems like he gets upset.

I think i was well within my rights to post this and will not be made to feel bad about doing by people saying " i hate seeing these threads and they get attention" they should get attention.

If it were a friend of mine or a fellow i have done business with i would want them to tell me who might screw me over!!!!

After seeing so many threads of this nature regarding this cuemaker it's hard not to believe Cincyman's account. That said, I don't understand the support this cuemaker is shown by parts of this community.

NOBODY builds or sells anything worth having to accept this show of blatent disrespect...

Kudo's to Cincyman for his patience and restraint... there are many who would be much less "forgiving" and very much less restrained.

I was stupid and paid with check. If i did pay with paypal i'd have my $$ back.

Anyone who paid with paypal should use them to get their $$ back.

I also suggest the following:
Everyone here who is waiting for a cue that is past the deadline should all try to meet somewhere on a chat to talk about banning together to get a plan in place. Then we could pull our resources to get more done together then apart. We need to call the better business bureau, call news or papers in that area, call the attorney general, and then find someone to represent us in a court of law. I live in Oregon and i'm so upset at KV that i'm willing to spend the money to travel to get this resolved. It's no longer about the $$, it's about doing what is right. I've submitted a PM to KV asking for a refund.

I'm not a "nut-swinger"- I call things as I see them- I don't owe Kevin any particular allegiance to anything other than the fact he completed our contract honorably.

Obviously opinions vary, and I'm not saying that others don't have legitimate complaints- not eveybody has the same story, however- it's just that after the very positive experience I had, I am baffled by some of the stories I've read on the board (and I feel for the folks that have written about them).

I hope everyone can get their situations resolved to their satisfaction.
Did you prepay or pay on completion?

I believe you as you said have been, "MORE than patient", and what i do not understand is why KV can not be contacted by Telephone, or is his phone number a state secret? Or does he just not answer?

what your attempting to do is build a class, a class meaning a group of KV customers who havent recieved what they paid for, get your group to gether first then PM me and i'll tell you what to do(i'm not being a smart ass) i just know how this stuff works, first things first get the class built-until then your a one man show and that has proven to be not to be effictave with this guy, so you and Cincydude;) man, make 2, find more than i'll help.

Hey Chris, everything you say is very true, But Varney is not the only one Trolling for customers for him. He has many others doing the work, and they are starting to surface in this thread. Even when Kevin pulls his disappearing acts, his loyal followers are Trolling the forum for new members for Kevin. These people are just as gulity as Kevin, I wish those who were contacted by these people would stand up tell us who they are. I am certain it is only a matter of time, hell I even told one of these that people that their reputation was on the line with Kevins, but like the others they just don't get it.
