If you're looking for a nice clean family oriented name, how about:
Ball-Buster Billiards or
Ball-Banger Billiards

I've always thought "6 (six) pockets Billiards" had a nice ring to it. (you could do "6 pocket Billiards" as well if that sounds better). Even if you have a 3-cushion table it would be OK (pardon the pun).
If your tables have drop pockets: "Drop Pockets Billiards"
"Great American Billiards" (I think the Sacramento Hardtimes used to be called something like that)
Speaking of Hardtimes, how about "Goodtimes Billiards"?
"Billiard Arcade"
There was an old pool hall in San Francisco long gone: "Palace Billiards"
Since you have no drinking or smoking (which I love by the way), how about: "Clean Living Billiards"
