I'm not sure who you ran into at Jillian's, but it wasn't me. I haven't been to Jillian's since late Jan/early Feb.

Mazin's has both a large TV room with a couple of big tables in it, and another smaller room where they sometimes set up buffet food. There is plenty of room there! They don't have a restaurant/bar, but they have plenty of room for a "private" party! You all just might need to provide your own catering...
I probably mixed up you with the other guy I know. You're both the same size.
Plus I have not seen you for a while since you came to Ayer last.
If anyone knows the people at Amazin and can arrange things, I'd head over there, or Ayer or Snookers. Snookers tends to fill up, but I don't think Ayer is busy on Sundays or Saturdays aside from the Junior League they have Sunday till about 3 or 4. Heck, for the company I'd even grit my teeth and play in Jillians hehe.
Last time I was part of an AZB thing was in CT years ago, and before that was the RSB thing in New York, I think we did it in Chelsea. I came up with a friend of mine, that was our first time seeing a snooker table in person.
Maybe Worcester needs another pool hall

Thanks for all the interest everyone. I know the thread is getting to get old but I haven't forgot about trying to get everyone together. The problem is finding a location that is central to everyone and easy to get to. Plus some of the room owners have been less than receptive when I approached them. may approach the Billiards Cafe in Ayer in the next week or two and feel them out. They are fairly easy to get to and have a nice double size private room in the back away from the mail room where vendors can set up if we decide to go that route.
I'm heading to PFD Studios today and depending on what time I get home I may go there tonight.

You guys name a day and we'll have one. Pool Table Magic is not a go-go bar at the moment, just say the word and you'll have tables available. Still have two in the back room and 11 on the floor.
We can set up a poker table, we can have an all out melee'... the 17th is the only day I cannot come.

Yup, I agree. I'm actually in NY, but very close to the CT border (15 minutes from Danbury), and can make a get-together that's within a couple hour drive.
I'd like to see this come to fruition!
