New Old School ******MELTON 2x3******

I asked Rusty to do an old school Brunswick. He pulled it off without a hitch. Beautiful Sheridan tooling everywhere, foam padded inside, and a look of distinction that you will be proud of for years to come. $750

Great Case Tommy, I think I am going to start collecting Melton Cases. I already have my 2 by 4, and I have 3 by 6 on order, now I am going to have to buy a 1 by 2 and maybe even a 2 by 3 to complete the set!!!!:D

Thanks for sharing another fine piece of American Craftsmenship Tommy:yeah::yeah::yeah: and good luck with the sale!!!!!

Take care

Hi guys, I just wanted to thank everyone for the kind words about the case. Someone is going to get a really nice case with lots of tooling. Here's another picture or two taken outside that maybe show the tooling a little better. It's hard to get a good picture of the work on these black ones. Thanks again, Rusty

Beautiful work rusty. You've taken over the top spot in my book. There isn't another maker I'd rather own right now. No disrespect to any other case makers. Sometimes it's also the person not just the product.

On a technical side of things for those that don't know much about how cases are built, the seam that Rusty has done on this case is probably the hardest seam to do on cue cases and it's made even harder when the space is small.

This is called a blind sewn seam. The person sewing it has to find the hole without being able to see it and manuever the needles in a very tight space. Right now I would say that only Rusty and us are the only ones doing this type of seam.

$750 is too low of a price for this case. You will not get one from us with this much work on it for this price. If you aren't yet on Rusty's or Tommie's list then get on now.

Great Case!

Hey there HEH,

This is a gorgeous case you`ve got here! I carry a 1x2 teardrop case of Rusty`s daily, I just bought another tooled 1x2 from a friend, and I have two 2x4 tooled cases on order with Rusty, one tooled with pockets and one with no pockets.

You might say I love his cases! :p;):eek::p:p

Take care,

Will Prout

Hey Will Thanks for the kind words. Rusty can receive no better endorsement than the one you have given him. HEH

You're the man, Rusty!

i am recomending this case to anyone who likes fine work,i have bought 5 of Rusty's cases, and i have ordered more.sure they cost a little more than we are all used to,but just because you don't have the best of everything doesn't mean you can't have the best of anything. This case is a treasure that you will never regret buying, its a lot like the paul newman case used in the hustler, only much better
