Just got my Inside Pool January issue. 2 pages in, double page spread."GET PAID LIKE A PRO" " EARN A MINIMUM OF $100,000 IN 2007" !!???:confused: :confused: :eek:
Somebody tell me I am really living in a parallel universe.

lead time

Three months lead time is pretty common on print magazine advertising. It is just a reminder of how quick things went to hell.

KT continues to proudly demonstrate how little he thinks of the players that are still owed money, as well as the entire world of pool.

Am I the only person that thinks that Inside Pool is completely wrong and also guilty of committing a total injustice to the pool industry that they are supposed to be serving by accepting the advertisement?

What bothers me is that the IPT web-site is showing 2006 earnings for the players, as if they have been paid. The claims on KT's IPT site are about as believable as the claims in his infomercials.

I would not read too much into it. Like someone else said, there is a lead time, often months, for magazine advertising and I suspect the ad was paid for and they ran it. It is not their job in a case like this to be the moral judges. Heck, there are still IPT players holding out hope there will be more tournaments so who is Inside Pool to say.

TAP TAP TAP! I can't believe KT would put this crap on the IPT website and expect everyone to believe it:confused: Maybe he is just that blind to reality?

You could be right. but it is my belief that he knows exactly what is being said and just give a dam what anybody thinks.

Hopefully he will make his 3rd token payment on January 8th and just go away.
He is a disgrace to both the sport and the industry. But, he got away with with it.

I hope he doesn't go away I hope he keeps paying the players until they get their money in full. I know this will probably not happen but they deserve it.
