I'm speaking about the Predator 1080 Pure. Does anyone know why Predator have made it octagonal? If I didn't know better I would say its Blue Diamond, but not square. Colour, texture and feel are almost identical. Doesn't leave a mess on the CB as much as BD though.
I can't understand why it isn't a cube. I chalk towards the corners of a cube of chalk which leaves a nice 'X' shape that fits my tip perfectly and doesn't make as much mess as if I rubbed it randomly in any direction. Impossible to do with Predator chalk. Maybe Predator just want to stand out and rebel against the 'norm'...triangular chalk, now there's a thought. Perhaps the makers of Triangle chalk will realise a triangular "cube" could be the future.
