Maybe it is me just being confident in our players...
I don't see the Philippines' being a threat in this crowd. There is no where for them to hide on these tables; I see a lot more kicked shots finding a pocket sooner than later. But we will see. This is one hell of a ticket baby!! I wish I was there.
Does anyone know if PROPOOLVIDEO.COM will be there to stream some of this?

The 10B calcutta does not start until Friday night (8pm) and then play begins...but I'm with you...I would have thought some action reports would have come along by now.PROG8R said:
I agree with Ronnie (MrSchon9). There's three strong Quad City boys in there...one of them has to take down some big $$$. I haven't heard much out of Jamie lately, but he is great in the ring game format...and Chad & Jess are playing super solid right now. Wish I could be there.

For the cash, I think Orcullo is tough as nails and he hasn't gotten there as much as he has in the past and I think his talons will be sharp and strong.
I believe that every one of the top players has their turn at the main feeding trough and it just depends on who is the hungriest as to who will come out on top. This is a gourmet meal for some good shooting pool player.
God, I wish I was there. I finally found a round trip ticket to Kansas City MISSOURI for a little less than $300 which makes it almost acceptable but then you have to figure out how to get all the way over to Olathe and the pool hall from the Missouri airport. Not knowing how or how long it takes or how much it costs to get from KCM to Olathe is an aggravation and a consideration. Southwest flys into KC, MO but not KC, KS. Since I wouldn't be playing, and only staying for the weekend, I could probably stay awake for a day or two while looking like a bobblehead.

It is about 30 miles from the airport to Shooter's, you can take the super shuttle from door to door for about 20 each way.
