This is the first year we took on line sign-ups for The Jay Swanson Memorial 9-ball and the US Bar Table evnt in Reno.

The event usually fills up at full field of 192. We are way ahead this year!!!


With the 155 or so that have signed up at our office by fax, mail or on-line.

Also HardTimes is now taking sign-ups - they had about 12 earlier today.

So - close to 167 and we close the field at 192.

That means 25 left. Some are going to be left out!

You cannot sell a spot - it will go to the next on the waiting list.

TAR will live stream and is planning on having limited number of Swanee posters.

I was interested to see who is signed up, but your link is not working; I assume its not fully qualified and is missing some address info.

Swanee online signups stop at 5 PM wednesday

After 5PM Wednesday (PST), all sign ups will have to be done at Hard Times. There are close to 180 signed up (and all paid) - field is limited to 192.

I leave for LA to run the event and need to have all the info with me, so we cannot take online sign-ups on Thursday or Friday.

If we allow sign-ups from two locations, we would probably run over the limit and that cannot happen!

Please don't get shut out!!!

What an awesome event. 192 player field and having to turn players away, seems unrealistic but it happens year after year.

Swanee is FULL (192 players)

The Swanee tournament is FULL.

There are usually a couple of cancellations - and we do not allow selling of spots. So a couple of people on the waiting list will have a good shot of getting in.

We will have the final list posted on our website tomorrow.

Several people have had problems with the link in preevious posts. I do not know why they 'go down'. I have replaced a couple of them and they are exactly the same. It has always been good before but I know AZ is doing some server stuff so who knows. . . . .we do apologize for any inconvenience.

This is a first. 192 players signed up and PAID 3 days before the event!
