passing of Richard Phillippi RIP

Heard this morning. Really sucks. My main playing cues have been Phillippis for more then 10 years now. They have always treated my father and I right on cue orders, purchases, repairs, etc. Sad news. My condolences.

Sorry to hear this news. I played with a Phillippi cue off and on for several years.
The same as my post on the other thread, I admire his cue making.

I think the phillippi men made the most underrated cues out there. Every one I owned or touched played great.

And it is Richard senior who passed.
Heading to his shop to pick up another cue this afternoon. Only cues Ive played with for the past 12 years.
His son Rick has made them with Richard and continues to make Phillippi cues after senior has passed.
