I realize that I am not even close to the skill level of large or huge stakes myself. To me $100 a rack is a serious bet. I may never be a gambler of the level that some are on here and I am fine with that. I think the idea of pay as you play is the best way to go personally. In fact, reading this reminded me of the old bet of "double or nothing". I feel like that is when the opponent does not want to pay for the first game they already lost. Basically, if I win a game for $50 and they want to go double or nothing my reply to that offer is I am not a bank. If you like we can play the next game for $100 as soon as you pay me the fifty you owe already. I believe when people want to go double or nothing many times they are already broke.
