Pro Players and Tattoo's

Who cares what the big, burly guy you play pool with looks without a shirt on!? I sure don't! I personally don't think being wallpapered with tattoos looks good on anyone, but that is a matter of taste, of course. If that is what people want to look like, go for it.

I dated a girl that had one really nice tattoo, done by a real artist, that followed her lines and curves. It was beautiful. Then I saw her again a couple of years ago and she is covered in tattoos....To me it's like plastic surgery. One or two jobs by a brilliant surgeon can make you look like a million bucks, 30 surgeries by different surgeons can make you look like a freaky mess. I don't know the girl in the picture btw, lol.

Nice little :o Hellboy:o

Johnnyt is a shit-stirrer.

Down here in New Orleans we like to shout:

"SHOW ME YOUR TATS!"
Ok, maybe I spelled it wrong. Shoot me.

I can't remember many #'s from 50+ years ago. I had at least 5 MOS's while in service. I believe 2 or three were in the low 600's. Truck mechanic, track mechanic, tank mechanic, trained with cold weather special forces...all at Wianright. At Greely (Artic Test Center) I tested a lot of stuff, like the M-15 rifle, tanks, multi fuel trucks, and a few other things. Two weeks after discharge my whole unit from Wainright was sent to nam. None returned as far as I could find. Johnnyt

You know who else doesn't remember details of their enlistments? All of those jerkoffs in the stolen valor videos. Coincidence? How can you not know your MOS????

You know, Johnny? I always knew you were a huge bullshit artiste, but...this one is the worst lie of em all.

Lying aboht being in the service?? That is lower than your horseshit about hustling landscaping guys , UPS delivery guys and stories about your mobster friends.

Listen to me...you never served in the Army. Lets clear that up. First of all, your most likely MOS shoulda been 2 numbers and a letter. Second, its highly unlikely that you would have 5+ MOS changes in a 2 year span. Third, its even more unlikely that you would PCS within a 2 year span (to an unrelated base in the same area).

It is very convenient that your "whole unit from Wainwright went to Nam and NONE came back".

Some lies are really low, Johnny. Post your DD 214 and i'll apologize...

Wow.... this shows some people's age. Tattoos are a preference for some. It's now a huge part of our culture. I can respect the OP's opinion, I just think it's dated. Comparing people to freaks in a show because of tattoos is ignorant. I agree with the idea of personal conduct, and even dressing like professionals. Stop showing your age, times have changed. You either adapt or get left behind. I'm not saying everyone should go out and get tattooed but keep your shitty comments to yourself.

Yeah, that post is all kinds of sketchy! I taught at an MOS producing school in the Army for more than 6 years and it would be borderline impossible to get 5 MOSs in 2 years (not to mention not make any sense as you are sent to a school with the sole purpose of being fielded to a unit to serve in that role - unless you were too dumb to pass the courses, in which case you would never have been awarded any of the MOSs to begin with).

...and the story about his entire unit not returning from Viet Nam..C'mon, brother...do you even "hear" what's coming out when you "say" it? That's ridiculous!

Oh yes i wld hate to see pool players with tattoos. Almost as much as i wld hate to see someone who is judgemental and wants to pass judgement on someone bc they chose to get a tattoo on their own body. I love when ppl look at me and judge me bc of my arm sleeve tats, yet turn around and try to act like a God fearing individual. Dnt judge me based on my tattoos and i wnt judge u based on your premature assumptions of me.

OK, I'll just continue to judge you on your insistence on omitting the vowels from most of the words you type.

This is spectacular. So, regardless of what you've done in your life, if you have a tattoo you're a freak or a loser, or a POS? Are the people with tattoos who are worthless piles of S? Of course there are. But I know plenty of people who don't have tattoos and are God fearing folk who are just as big of piles of S. The idea that because you've seen a guy with arm sleeves and neck tats and the big things in their earlobes working in a McDonalds means they're all useless idiots tells WAY more about any ignorant old F'er than the guy who is actually a worthless young punk.

I've got a couple tattoos, and to hell with anyone who judges me. I'll put my life resume up against any old F'er without tattoos. Live you lives, we'll live our sorry, pathetic, going nowhere lives.

Is this true, Johnny? If it is, you and I are history. If it isn't then I will apologize publicly.

My favorite tall tale from JohnnyT was about killing a guy in a dark alley in Fairbanks.
I lived in Alaska for almost 20 years and have several friends in law enforcement up there including state troopers. Since there is no statute of limitations on this crime, maybe a phone call is in order. Unless of course that was just bullshit too?

Johnny, if you have a smart phone you can take a photo of it and send it to me. Or you can have someone else take a photo of your DD214 and PM me their telephone number and I will call them or you to give you my phone number where you can send the photo.

Once I have the photo, I can upload it to the Main Forum WITH YOUR PERMISSION.
