I wish you would have started your BS before I shipped out the goddamn replacement cue I sent you, I would have snapped it into 50 pieces. Show me ONE person I ripped off in your claim of 4 CONFIRMED ripoffs you lying sack of shit. You are the only piece of shit saying I ripped them off, yet after the cue I sent you ALLEGEDLY was lost in the mail (odd since you were trying to sell it) I sent you a replacement cue out of my own pocket. If that is a shitty sales technique I don't what you expect.

I sell cues that I have so stop accusing me of selling your cue which I did not receive. Anyone want to confirm that come to Hawaiian brians sometime and i'll show you the cues I own. Then the last note you proceed to send rude PMS to a number of people as well as AZADMIN (calling me an ungrateful POS. Whats up with that? Have some respect for people. And dont even pull that libel crap on me. I did nothing to harm your name that isnt true.

Hey Ro, Digital said he paid for UPS.Why didn't you ship UPS?You stated the cue was lost but there is no receipt of you shipping it.You have sent a replacement but its only because you were called out for your crummy business techniques.
You are full of it and i hope no one on this site ever buys another cue from you again.I use to work for a bad check agency and all the dead beat excuses sound like yours.It was lost,I sent it yesterday,maybe it went to the wrong address.All B.S. Lets see if you even sent a Scruggs or is it some pos from China.

All I have said is prove on records plus the several peopel who have PMed me that said they have problems. Trust me. You aint getting away with this type of business. Also liek I have said. I own three scruggs one of which you sold me and I didn't receive me. All of you users out there tell me am I allowed the sell the 2 cues I own? And just because teh peopel who said got ripped off didnt come out public like I did doesn't mean they dont exist. STOP MAKING ASSUMPTIONS. One of my Tim Scruggs cue is brand new buddy yours that you are sending me is not. How can you even accuse me of selling your cue when I dont have it.

Oh Rocinante one more thing. Instead of saying I am wrong. Answer me this for the public to see. Did you or did you not say UPS shipping when I asked you what kind of shipping? I have it in my records. I have it in my records and my bank statement I paid 402 dollars to you (375+27). unless you would charge like 396 for the cue or something it wouldnt make sense. I have everthing on records buddy and I already talked to ADMIN. You just say I am wrong. I have messages to prove you wrong. Plus a few other testimonies that they have had unfriendly business with you.

DC got ripped off big time, and was more than patient. Rocinante is a major scamming piece of shit. DC has his full name and address, and if I were him, I'd be calling his local police dept as well as filling suit against him. I'd also call the USPS and contact the postmaster to file mail fraud charges.

I'd fuck up the life of:

for stealing $402 if it were me........

If this seller does not refund the payment or the send you the cue, you may complain to the Illinois State Attorney General.

It's beyond me why anyone would blatantly rip someone off from here. The real pool playing community is not that large. Just looking for trouble if you ask me.

Well like I said. Even if I do receive my cue it took two months and he is the worse businessman I have ever dealt with in my life. so, If I can help it I would rather this guy do NO business ever again anywhere. If I do receive the cue (tracking number says something will come dunno what tho could be a time bomb) then technically its not fraud right. It's just bad business and I'm not sure if I can do anything about that. ALTHOUGH, If there is anyone who got ripped off from Rocinante or his twin brother Rocinante please let me and ADMIN know maybe we can prosecute him for something. To me he is just scum and I would like to see him put away. I don't even need evidence look at the things he says, just doesn't make sense.

I've been doing business on one level or another for over 30 years. I've never had anything "lost in the mail", except one letter years ago that finally did show up. I NEVER had a parcel lost, nor do I know anyone who has legitimately had one lost. When you take the parcel to the counter at the post office, the clerk verifies that everything is OK and you have sufficient postage and the address is complete. Even if you don't personally take it to the post office, if you have enough intelligence to address it correctly and pay sufficient postage it WILL get to it's destination. If it doesn't for some reason, if you have enough intelligence to put an accurate RETURN address on it, it will come back to you and you can try again. Simple as that. You need to find another excuse. Nobody has as many things get lost in the mail as you claim you do.

It's just like the people that write you a bad check and then try to convince you it's that bank's fault. 99.9% of the time, it's bullshit. It's always "There must be something wrong with my checking account..."

If you really sent it and it was really "lost in the mail", you WOULD have some correspondence between you and the post office to support your claim. Why don't you scan it and post it here?
