Definately a new thread should be started by Shawn D because this one really got a lot of people throwing not so nice names around especially to anyone saying Ronnie isnt one to stiff on a payment if he really owes it. I think Jam got hit pretty hard for posting Ronnies version of what happened as well.

I can deal with everyone saying all of this because they dont know what happened and im sure most of them live a boring life and this is all they have to do. I did get stiffed for $3900. I just want to let everyone know that Ronnie is trying to make it right. He mentioned that this hurt his imagine and if it did, it was not my intentions so i apologized for that.
The Comment about JAM'S post being the truth. No, that was not how it went down.. I told the truth in the beginning and the whole time. But just found out today that Ronnie admitted to opening his mouth and standing good for the bet for someone else thinking it was going to get taken care of. We both agreed that he should have not stood good for the other person. I didnt start this thread for people to take cheap shots at him. I didnt know this world had such bored people. As you can see i am new to this forum stuff and thought it might have been a positive thing. But now i see people just like to talk sxxt and bash people and hi jack threads because they dont have their own.

You leapt to some conclusions about Ronnie prematurely it seems and you have leapt to some conclusions about this forum and the typical people on it equally hastily. Take your time, slow down some, get your ducks in a row before firing up the keyboard and you could find a great deal of value here. The forums for room owners and cue makers should be of considerable value to you also as well as the buying and selling forum.
However, you and everyone else posting on a public forum should realize it is no different than posting a letter in a widely read magazine. Everything you write will affect somebody's reputation, either yours or somebody else's. Thinking that what you write here can't have huge repercussions is an error.

You will find that this forum is quick to get the word out on any mis-doings. And, that can be a good thing. A number of times it has helped get cues back that were stolen, and warned others of some shady dealings going on. So, don't be too harsh on us. But some people do owe Ronnie an apology. (Everyone will know if you don't man-up and apologize. You talked about Ronnies respect, now what about yours?)

I apologize to ShawnD. My wife has be in New Orleans for the past 3 weeks and I just picked her up at the airport upon her return home.
Apparently, the champagne made me giddy and I didn't bother to re-read the entire thread before my post. I was in error and have removed the POX from ShawnD.
Unfortunately, after re-reading the entire thread, I have shifted the POX to two others in this thread and they know who they are.
The 2 unfortunate souls will lose at pool games, poker and their upcoming bets on TAR (not to mention severe bouts of gas) until THEY have made amends with JAM.
It's out of my hands now.....
