Well these two have a long history of battling and Scott wants to play some more at Derby City. Scott has not been playing very much but wants to get back in action. Races to 6 for $2-5000. U tellem'. :wink:

i would think that a job would beat the daylights out of gambling
if scott doesn't have enough now it is unlikely that more years will produce
different results,working worked for me,and has a much better track record
if pool didn't put a bunch of money in your pockets in the good years,
what will hard times do
my recommendation is keep the day job,why give your nest egg to efryn
on the other hand if a stakehorse is footing the bill,my bet is still on efryn

Three quick ideas:
I am quite surprised that Scott would not have Efren's, or Busti's or Santos or the room in New York where he will be playing Earl, phone number. Scott could talk to Efren directly or leave a message or get a message to him.
Scot has Billy's number, I'm sure, and he has everyone's so that would work also....
Jay is hanging with Dennis and Dennis will be over at the TAR studio with Jay and Dennis probably could get in touch also (this would save long distance charges being in Vegas and all)...

I'd love to see it. Would be a great matchup. Shane runs balls so good but Scott does some amazing things playing 1 hole.
I knew this was coming. Scott for the longest time was the man in the USA when it came to 1-pocket but SVB and his meteoric rise in the game made me figure it was only a matter of time before he dethroned Scott and became the best pool player in the USA in... everything besides banks.
SVB should definitely play Scott, I would pay for that stream in a second.
If SVB wins that then I would LOVE to see a huge money battle between him and Alex as that might be the match to see who the best 1-pocket player on the planet is.
After Alex beat Scott in their last match badly I cannot see Scott liking that action ever again. That match kind of made him disappear.
Scott might beat Efren now, but Efren now is not like Efren of old. Efren circa 2000 in 1-pocket was the best player to ever play the game IMO. Now he is old and has clearly lost a step or three. At Scott's age he should be close to his 1-pocket playing prime.

It is about action, that is the purpose which also got an offer from John Mars backing Shane.
Efren is not that easy to get in touch with, doubtful he even carries a cell phone. When in the US he has handlers which is who this thread is for.
