Hi On June 22ed , Seaglass505 committed to by a inexpencive case . Since that time he has promised to make payment 3 times . Still no Pay . .

He deserves to be watched , I have had a couple PMs saying this is standard procedure for him .

All he had to do was say , I changed my mind , or I don't want the case , any thing but string me along .

This guy is a douche. I sent him a pm the other day to ask him not to bump 17 threads all at the same time just out of courtesy to others. The pm I got was telling me I know nothing and he has all these cues so that makes him an expert. He is a turd.
 
Did the same to me, actually told me money order was in the mail twice and it never showed.

He has acted poorly to this community many a times. But strange guys, he told me he made over 100k last year with his masters in psych.

I made way(possibly double) more than that without a high school education. Guess a master's isn't all it$ cracked up to be

Are you talking about Jim or seaglass? I've done lots of business with Jim and he has always done a great job with everything.
If you are referring to seaglass, lately, I've seen the name come up a lot in some "caution" type threads. Many people have taken the time to tell folks to steer clear. I personally have no clue what is true and not. Hehehe.

Seems there was another Thread started in his honor not long ago in the Main.

There is another member here that goes by Sea Legs so not to confuse the two.

Seaglass is the busy little Seller.
 
Sure it sucks when someone flakes out on an inexpensive item but what sucks more is when someone does the same on multiple items that cost big $...

Me trusts no one anymore and anything I sell remains for slae until it's paid for... Same as I believe nothing is mine till I pay for it...

"Sale" can't happen till $ changes hands...

Now I have learned the cue has sold for 75 more than I offered, paid and the
seller was committed to sell.

The seller stalled shipping it for 2 days, then came up with :"the ping"

The cues being offered for sale are not his. he is fronting for a fairly large collector
which explains the lack of specific information about them. They are just scanned
from a disc and put up for sale.

^^^This makes tons of sense. Probably should have come to this conclusion on my own, but I was wondering how the hell he came into so many fancy cues all of a sudden.

Did you leave him negative iTrader feedback? Feedback is for notating your experience with someones business ethics during your dealings with them (and you had serious dealings with him even though he canceled it and an item was never sent). Feedback shouldn't be just for notating the condition of an item you receive. The whole purpose of feedback is so that other's can use it to get a full feel for someone's business ethics, and a full picture of that can't be seen if those that had negative experiences outside of item condition are not leaving the feedback based on their direct experience.

Unfortunately, this is not true. This was my situation: I bought some accustats for $75 shipped, exactly what the seller was asking for. I paypalled in less than 10 minutes. 3 hours later, the seller says he needs at least $90 or he will have to refund. I refuse and tell him we made a deal and I already paid. Seller refunds my money. I give him negative i-trader for not following through with the asking price, which I had already paid. He, in turn gives me negative feedback in retaliation. Moderators erase both i-traders, stating that a deal never occurred, thus no i-trader can be left. In the end, he turned out to be an already banned user who had joined az again and fell through the cracks.

The moral of the story: if nothing is shipped or paid for, there is no deal, and you can't leave i-trader.
 
Then whoever the Moderator was that told you that was terribly wrong.

He advertised.

You either stated in the Thread or by PM, "I will take them".

You had record of Pay Pal payment sent.

He sent you a message trying to weasel more money out of you or the deal was off.

He broke the deal by returning your money when you refused his extortion plan.

He should have had a Negative and yours should have been erased.

But, if they caught up to him and hes banned, can't get much better than that.
