Chris Bartram is wanting a stakehorse for the Fatboy 10 Ball Challenge. Entry fee is $500. The stakehorse will get his $500 back first and then all other winnings will be split 50/50.

Chris is one of the top 10 ball players in the US today. Search this forum or www.theactionreport.com to read all about his conquests over the past year. He was The Man in Vega$ last May.

Chris is a grinder and will play hard for your money. You won't have any doubts about the effort he will give.

Details (per Jay Helfert - TD for this event): The 2010 Fatboy Challenge will be held on Jan. 26-28 and is open to any player. The field is limited to the first sixteen players. Entry fee is $500 with $5,000 added. Prize money will be divided 50% to First, 25% to Second, 12.5% to Third-Fourth.

All matches are Ten Ball, Race To Fifteen and it is Single Elimination. Entry fees are also paid on site, but I am taking names at this time. If you want to play or back someone, contact me at jayhelfert@yahoo.com.

This means, for a full field -
1st $6500
2nd $3250
3rd $1625

Basically, you are getting 6-1 on your money ($6500 -$500 entry = $6000 for First divided by 2 = $3000) with a saver on your money if Bartram gets second or third. If you feel that Bartram (and he is) will be better than 1/2 the field in this event, you have a great opportunity to cash in with the odds on the money more than right.

-Respectfully Submitted,
Watchez aka the recently hired real bartram third base coach.

One small correction - Third and Fourth both pay $1,625 with a full field. It's Single Elimination. Win two matches to make the money.

Chris plays very expensive pool. 5000-10,000 dollars sets. did someone bust him that he needed 500 for a tourney?
