Stolen cue!!! Barry Stewart has my cue.

because cuemakers are just like any other people. pay them in advance and they have no incentive to do the work.

until people only deal with cuemakers that keep to their word on the time schedule and only take a deposit then the rest see what they can get away with.

simple, dont pay more than a deposit in advance.

It amazing that he chose me to jack around, as I said I even sent him the additional 550.00 in advance because he said he needed it for a trip, then when my cue was finished he said he Had to wait to ship it because he was short money, I sent him an additional 30.00 and my address three different times. In the beginning he said he was going to make me a full splice cue with 2 shafts that would replace the missing cue now I have given him 10 months he doesn't return any text message or calls.he has made and sold cues on AZ, if anybody knows him give him a call ask him if every thing I said is true. I sent the money through paypal but it's been long past the 45 days to put in a claim. I don't want him to do this to anyone else.
 
And just so Scott knows I will not go away,I will post her everyday until he answers me so I ask for everybody's patience, it may be a never ending story.i wish Scott Gracio would ad least say he is sorry and that he will try and make it right but as of yet know response.i even posted on his Facebook page so I'm sure he has gotten the message. Honor is important to me I am not vengeful or wish anyone bad.i can only hope that this works out to an honorable conclusion,one thing I know is that I will always try and take the high road and I hope Scot Gracio sees the light and gets on the same path as I and most people here on AZ.

So far we have the Zinzola Case, (That one is called the Ben Dover, or the Ben Zola Case), The Stroud Case, (Strouded Forever Case), and now Scott Gracio, (Hence Forth known as the Fall From Gracio Case).

I would have expected more from Scott as he seems to be a good guy, the 2 others not so much.

In my learnings of life's lessons I have alway seen failure when someone over reaches. All I want is what I have coming one cue or my money back.
 
The irony that the thread starter ends up giving the true buyer the shaft (or no shaft in this case) is really insane. I hope that he makes it right.

Let's hope you have lots of insurance. Publicly slandering someone, posting their personal information, and using the title "Stolen cue!!! Barry Stewart has my cue." was probably not the smartest thing to do.

Not only have you potentially pi$$ed off the person who has that cue, and opened yourself to a possible lawsuit, maybe two (owner and recipient) but you also showed the world that you're careless with thier valuables.

No offense, but I'm so glad I don't do business with you.

@Graciocues should cut his losses and pay off the cue's original owner, that's what insurance is for. If @Graciocues doesn't have insurance, the original owner should sue him for the loss.
 
Is this the Scott that in Pa that builds cues?? Scott Sherbine? From Lancaster? Must be another Scott. ?? Anyone?

It looks like the owner has vacated the property already by the room pictures. Looking at the price history, it looks like the owner has been trying to sell it since 2009. No way to know how long it has been since someone has actually lived there, though.

On a side note, I'd like to know how much it cost to put that inground pool in the back! You can see a better picture of the grade of the back yard on google maps.
